My 2007 blows hella hot air on my legs! I wear pants ofcourse but it gets hot. Does the 2006 as well? How can you prevent that, if any? In winter its nice but any other time it hurts.
I have a suggestion for ur 1st gear situation... I (personally) blip the throttle once or twice to get the RPMs up then let off the clutch slowly but not too slow so the clutch catches perfectly. then roll on the throttle as normal. Simple... YOU CAN DO IT!!!

Ya the R6 looked better but mine has a electronic steering dampener, better slipper clutch, more mid-range power and a drive select. Its a overall better street bike. I love the R6 but if you test drove the gsxr or the CBR you would have not picked the R6. With all that said I still love you bike and glad you ride!
