  • Giganotosaurus was so successful in the southern atmosphere

  • Well it was the second largest

  • a dinosaurous raped my granny once.

  • what about allosaurus and the sauropods meeting each other? or the tyrannosaurs and alamosaurus? clash of titans? yes.....

  • Spinosaurus Ägyptiacus was bigger then Giganotosaurus. He was 15 meters, maximum 17-18 meters long.

    Spinosaurus eats Giganotosaurus at breakfast.

  • @Cheater306 Spinosaurus was the biggest fish eater.

  • @chesleycareystar We don´t know much enough to clear this. The only skeleton of Spino was destroyed in WW2, well the only half complete skeleton. So it´s possible that Spinosaurus have hunted other Dinosaurs like Hadrosaurus or smaller Spinos. By his size are fish surely not the only food for him.

  • @Cheater306 i know but i think Spino was designed for fish and scavenge

  • @chesleycareystar Yes, I think he eats fish too but only in first priority, i hope you will understand the weird words I wrote this time sorry, but even at his time age was fish not really bigger at the coast as 2-3 meters. So he must hunted in a day at least one smaller dinosaur to keep his energy up. His teeth are like a dagger so he can eat fish and probably smaller 4-5 meters long dinosaurs, because he don´t chews his meal.

  • @Cheater306 Watch Planet Dinosaur. It will explain everything about Spinosaur

  • @MrRayquazaking I have watched it a month ago.

  • I love Hyenas !!!

  • @ApocDevTeam Most likely, also the teeth were thicker so they could crush bone, allowing it to get the maximum nutriants from it's prey. Much like Hyenas do today.

  • ummm, the animated dinos are a Diplodocus and an Allosaurus ,(exept the t- rex) not giganoto and argntinasaurus :/

  • @ragnarlaak

No...no they're not. You can clearly tell.

    LRN 2 BONE STRUCTURE.

  • I wonder what would happen if a T-rex faced a herd of Argentinosaurus. He would either say "I have my work cut out" or "Finally, some more interesting prey."

  • @amm019 Most likely... "Finally, some more interesting prey."

  • blue whales are still the HEAVIEST animal ever to have lived, but far from the longest.

The longest animal is either Amphicoelias fragillimus (if it's legit) or Puertasaurus. Argentinosaurus comes close but Puertasaurus is bigger.

Supersaurus is also pretty long, but being a diplodocid, it's much lighter than Argentinosaurus, Puertasaurus, or any of the biggest titanosaurs.

  • Argentinosaurus was not the largest dinosaur. Amphicoelias fragillimus was substantially bigger, and on top of that it was discovered in the 1870's. This show is about as accurate as "The Flintstones."

  • @monkeypoker88 Tis my favourite Dinosaur. However, this species we are are aware of, is not commonly known and is something of a nomen dubium, though the reconstructions of the few fragmentary bones we have are excellent. We only have drawings left of it as you probably know. I often talk of this Dinosaur to others, who babble the usual Blue Whale misinformation of it being the biggest animal ever (also an arrogant thing to say discounting the fossil record) Amphicoelias Fragillimus is the best.

  • Why are tyrannosaurus teeth so much more thicker / longer than other carnivores (Spino, Giganoto etc.) ? Is this because T-rex had to face armoured dinosaurs?

  • Don't forget China. Daxiatitan and Huanghetitan were downright HUGE, and Ruyangosaurus could have been just as big as Argentinosaurus.

But Argentinosaurus was actually exceeded by another south american dinosaur, Puertasaurus. THAT is the new biggest one, and Dr. Novas discovered it.

  • 0:50 Untrue Paralititan of Egypt was about as large and lived at the same time, besides Argentina isn't the only place macronarian and diplodocoid sauropods were found after the jurassic in fact only in north-america they mostly died out. Not all of them even. Brachiosaurid Sauroposeidon is from the early-creataceous of north america.

  • Forgive them, they had to make the documentary sound stunning. therefore they must make it sound much more exagerrating in order for you to get interested in it.

  • I tkink that Maradonasauro was bigger, than Pelesauro, of course it was a different time as well. One is from Argentina and the other one is from Brazil. but time here is irrelevant....200 millons years...

  • the sounds kind of suck... haha

  • These guys are lieing

they used the allasaurus model for giganotasaurus

    and diploducus for argentinasaurus

  • @josedesomb66 because they're using the Walking with Dinosaurs 3D models...it's far easier to do that than have to model/animate/texturise new ones.

  • @josedesomb66 budget, mate. Budget. If they had the money to do so I believe they would've done better.

  • Spinosaurus was bigger than giganotasaurus but it is believed to have eaten mainly fish and had more delicate bones so it couldn't have hunted large prey

that is why it is disqualified as the biggest carnivore of all

  • @josedesomb66 all if spinosaurus bones werent fragile it just couldnt risk hunt bigger prey for risk of falling and breaking its spine but was the most fearsome predator ever it hunted like iguanadon and fish the only reason they did not mention it here is because it lived in africa this is PATAGONIA

  • @josedesomb66 'more delicate bones' lol

You've made it up. There can be no such information about Spinosaurus.

  • @DougSturmza: they're referring to the spines down the back. a roll over would break the sail; it's hard to know what kind of injuries that would lead to. at least one program claims it would have killed the Spinosaurus outright.

  • @josedesomb66 I do hope you know that diet doesnt exclude an animal from being the largest... Also, Mortimer has found that in bone structure, Spinosaurids are extremely heavily built, ie alot less air in them than other theropods.

  • that argentinosaurus is like the biggest animal that ever existed. correct me if im wrong but is it bigger than the blue whale?

  • @Sl1f3rDrag0n it was MUCH bigger in part 1 you saw the spine of a blue whale and then a Argentinasaurus spine. There is a theory that says that they could be much bigger than those skeletons found.

  • omg 7:00 if id stand there id instant piss my pants.... and instantly think theres no animal with that feet then milions of years ago , they still survive? will be my thought

  • No, argentinosaurus is 50 meter in length

  • I think when they made this documental, BBC didn't made the Giga and Argentinosaurus, because those dinosaurs are an Allosaurus and Diplodocus

  • Probably used them as an example...

  • @CamusDesings they hadn't made them yet

they did in chased by dinosaurs

  • So who's the biggest Carnivore? Giganotosaurus or Spinosaurus?

  • Spinosaurus was bigger, because Giganotosaurus was about 14 metres long and Spino was over 16 metres long

  • How do you pronounce Spinosaurus? Is it Spine-O-Saurus or Spin-O-Saurus?

  • Spine-O-Saurus.

  • Spinosaurus=biggest carnivore, because he ate fishes like a crocodile

    Giga and T-rex=the biggest predators.

  • By Giga are you referring to a creature clled the Gigantosaurus cuus am not sure that that creature ever existed

  • Argentinosaurus is 45 metres long , 20-24 metres tall nad weights 90-110 tonns!)

  • argentinosaurus isn't that tall

    rather 10 metres

  • didin't they find another giant herbivour in africa 10x larger than t-rex and much bigger then argentinosaurus.......can anyone write back how long and how heavy argentinosaurus was

  • Argentinosaurus weight was 90 tons

  • Argentinosaurs... around 100ft long when fully grown and weighed roughly around 90-100 tons.

  • It was 50 meters which is 164ft

  • i mean't to write south america and not africa and i also found out the creature that was larger than argentinosaurus was argentinosaurus just much bigger than the first on they found

  • why does gigantosaurus looks like allosaurus and argentinasaurus looks like diplodocus even tho allosaurus and diplodocus are both from north america

  • They looked alike cause the continents used to be one BIG continent called Pangea, so maybe some saurapods migrated down south.

  • @SAN51095 they were used as examples

giganotosaurus looks a bit like allosuarus but argentinosaurus really doesn't look like diplodocus

the two dinos were animated themselves in an episode of chased by dinosaurs

it's actually on youtube you can go look it up

  • south america is still the best if you think about it for example the amazon

  • That's Allosaurus...But why give a shit!? T-Rex was king of North America and Giganotosaurus was king in south America So...But I still like T-Rex Better

  • Wate, thats allosaurus and diplodocus.

  • thats not the real graphics, those graphics re from walking with dinosaurs

  • lol susexful

  • @FreecapZ : LOL I thought I was the only one who spotted that xD

  • t-rex is the king of the Dinosaurs for Forever! good vid

  • bull shit gigantoto is the new king tyrano is old giganoto is bigger faster strong and could use its arm kinda and hunted in pack like allosaur 4 thay are there ancesters so TYRANO IS GAY ps its a hunter scavenger i would hunt but usaly used its size to scare awy predator from its preyand steel it

  • you mean gigantoto

  • i like

  • GIGANOT,s too tiny for Argentinasaurus

  • I'M THE GIGANOT, BITCH!
