Thank you - good job. I'd like much more info on the case[s] that triggered the investigation, and how it was done. Know that this happens in most "law enfoecement" agencies - I have had many evidence tapes 'Disappear" - it's esp. important that Dep. not be allowed to keep their own dash-cam tapes - they know exactly which ones need to be "lost", and why.
