This is a messed up world! Its really crazy when we look at situations such as this one and consider it normal. Our society is based on a system of consumption and materialistic value that has overshadowed common sense on all levels. This is quite sad! Nas had a golden opportunity to make history by pushing this issue all the way to the Supreme Court. The problem may of been that he didn't have the resources nor the desire to take on such a grueling fight. Still, he could've made history here. Spousal Support is a crock unless a spouse was forced not to do anything finanacially. Child support is understandable if a parent isn't actually parenting.

If a lady needs money from a man after the relationship is over just to live; shouldnt HE have custody of any children? Since she obviously can't support them; and normally courts believe a man can support his current family as well as any previous spouses. If he can do that; (which courts normally order) he obviously can support the children, so he should have them. Once that is done, one should wonder why the lady shouldn't take care of her own damn self; without 'lawfully' stealing HIS money.
