this isn't a competitor to the iPhone basically because its not a phone, its a competitor to the iPod touch, and i believe Android is coming in an update soon.

Not particularly concerned about Creative ripping off Apple considering the iPod interface was ripped off from Creative. Google "creative zen ipod interface patent dispute"

I really love Creative. They can PLAY ALL VIDEO FILES I NEED. That keyboard looks so much better than the Zune HD keyboard. I just want to know what date Zii will be available so I won't have to buy Zune HD.

Considering the early stage of the software I believe this is very impressive. Software seems very responsive and fast, very iPhone like like however, a total ripoff in fact.

Creative has a very competent piece of hardware here. Now bring the services up.
