It's about the "Cardiff Giant".  In 1860, workers digging a well in Cardiff, NY found the petrified remains of a 10' man., thought to be a biblical giant. Crowds were charged to see him, and Barnum at one point offered to buy it.

It says right on Rasputina's website on what Holocaust of Giants is about "...let's say that giants were a true ancient race, that they were mentioned in the Bible and their burial mounds are all over North America. Early Ohioan farmers were frequently finding big bones, but then came the big Smithsonian cover-up! I thought the story of the giant petrified woman in a waterfall and the multitude of footprints heading for water were quite poignant."

It's not FAIR!! I love Rasputina! I always get HYPER excited when they release a new album... but since Im in Mexico, like Mexicans are suppose to be haha, I can't find the album in stores until late August or September.
