  • These animals were born in captivity, they couldnt be released into the wild anyway-im doing an animal managment course at college and it is highly unlikely they would gain the skills.

  • i love the costumes the trainers are wearing :D

  • FREEDOM for these beautiful animals!!

  • The Great gift of love

  • this video was not made for all you stupid anti caps so do something else besides mark anti captivity comments

  • they should make barriers so they can't slide up there when there isn't a show going on

  • @KingsProduction50 The whales aren't in there when shows aren't going on, they are kept in other captivites.

  • @tightlywound ive went tere and i would see them in there when there arent shows on. so you are wrong

  • @KingsProduction50 Hmm, at the Sea World I went to they only had the whales in the preformance area when the shows were going on. If you came early, you just had to wait for the trainers to bring them out. Maybe it's not the same for all Sea Worlds. But even if the whales were in the performance area, I don't think they could do much harm to themselevs if they jumped up there and got stuck, they must have park officals watching out for them, esp if they allow vistors in to see them.

  • @KingsProduction50 Why? The orcas like to play on there?

  • Love Nakai in this!

  • Baby shamu is so cute

  • Looks like you slide up a little to far nakai.

  • So many captiviy debates. I am an anti cap, but can't we just accept that unless another trainer is killed, or SeaWorld is bought out, those orcas aren't going to be released. So why can't we just calm down and love ALL the orcas of the world!!

  • 0:49 Duck you asshole duck you!!! you simple walking you didnt worry the orca idiot!!! i wish you got fired up Damn't ASSHOLE!!!

  • i was watching this and i say shamu!!! shamu!!!! shamu!!!! shamu!!! and my little brother say could you shut up! i wish you will be a fish so shamu can eat asshole!!! go get a life! loool

  • awww

  • What amazes me is that the audience think its ok to wonder up right next to this breached baby and take pictures? Way to make a orca stressed ..!

  • In the begining that was the mother. Kasatka and her calf Nakai. Silly boy <3

  • Comment removed

  • All of these whales are loved and HAPPY and in the end that is all that matters

  • Okay ppl sea world breeds there orcas so if they released them they rould most likely die because they are captive get ur facts straight

  • @HayOma14 They should not be breeding them period. They need to leave them alone. The parents/grandparents of these animals WERE captured. They need to full stop all together with the breeding its only done for money.

  • they should be in the wild thats were they belong... so sad to see these animals in quariums...

  • Screw you Sea World, let em go. It least they ran this time, last time it took them 20 minutes to come to their rescue.

  • @IslandCutie14 You realize that would kill them right?

  • that is so cute orcas are like elephants when family is in trouble help them and stay by their side <3 i remember seeing shamu when he was just a little baby

  • that is so good that they stuck by the baby the baby orca!! but quite frankly these beautiful creatures should be in their natural habitat.. wished all the seaworld places would get closed down... but unfortunately we have money grabbing governments... and presidents! and the japanese need a green peace arse wooping! because they are horrible b*****ds

  • maybe that was a trick the orcas used with their baby, to get one of the trainers inside and beat the shit out of 'em

  • Nakai u dork :)

  • @whitestormisnice that's canada...

  • aw.... this is actually really cute :)

  • Now that's love--not the kind that fickle humans pretend to give to each other.

  • teehee when the baby one stopped trying at first. the first thing that came to mind that he possibly said was "Oh crap i'm stuck" the mama one then assists her and when she failed she whispers "oh no we're screwed" hehe/

  • aww^.^

  • I like how Shamu comes back to say thanks

  • how long ago was this taken? i'm trying to figure out who she is. i think it's kalia but i'm not sure without the video date. she is so adorable when she realizes that the trainers can't get her in alone and starts trying to help.

  • @gothgrl63 it nakai

  • @911INSIDETHEJOB351

They are whales and not dolphins ya dumbass

  • @DaMasterInDaHouse The orca is the largest species of DOLPHIN.

  • @MermanJesse the trainers at sea world dont know that

  • @DaMasterInDaHouse the orca is a dolphin. they are only called 'killer whales' because they kill and eat whales in the wild as part of their diet "ya dumbass"

  • ITS A DOLPHIN NOT A WHALE!

  • @KillerWhalesRock125 Yeah well whales belong in the ocean not in a crappy tank being trained and bring money in for a business no different than Ringling Bros Circus!

  • the cute little whale was like "wait a sec somethings wrong! i cant get down! oh well he come the trainers so ill just wait" too cute!

  • @hansa333 How are they abusing them? They're not even touching them. Are you sure you got your head on straight?

  • @WisePillow Nope, they never use that name for any of the orcas. They called Kalina Baby Shamu because she was the first to be successfully born and raised at sea world :)

  • Looks like Nakai went a bit far up the slideout, then Kasatka (mom) came back up to get him.

  • i was there when it happend iam wering the balck beanie

  • im so glad shamu is ok i guess she jump 2 high! lol! whales are treated so nicely there

  • @BDjen no if you noticed another whale came too close to baby and pushed her farther up

  • @Kelsey778912233445 The baby orca is a HE not a she, honey.

  • @theicebabe Hahahahahah. SeaWorld have NEVER gotten a dolphin from the cove. They stopped capturing from the wild 30 years ago. Get your facts right before you mis-educate others too. Go to their YouTube channel, and watch the video "Investigation of The Cove Part 1". THAT is the truth.

  • @missnoodles996

haha lol you said that they stopped capturing from the wild 30 years ago, that still means that they used to capture wild ones.

  • @DansonHonda Of course they did, all marine parks did - how do you think the original whales got there? It became against the law 30 years ago, and since then SeaWorld have resuced and released hundreds of whales and dolphins. With their breeding program they don't need any more captures... and it's not like they would capture again anyway.

  • I despise when pointless facts are spewed out to trick people who can't think logically. "Most captive whales today were born in captivity." GREAT. SO? "If given a choice, many would stay captive." WHO CARES WHAT THEY WANT? "But, hey, you know none has been captured in the wild since 1989." HUH??????? This is a deliberate way to mislead by skirting the real issue. Keeping whales in a swimming pool is okay or it isn't. Don't let people treat you like an idiot. If you think it's okay, say it.

  • They need to be left alone swimming in the ocean.

  • Comment removed

  • I thought this was wonderful...it shows how the pod is adaptive...and how the trainers worked to make sure it was okay..:)

  • These themeparks should be closed. People should stay away from them. Cause every dollar you pay, gives them an opportunity to keep enslaving these gracious mammals. Ceteceans belong in the open oceans. Not in a concrete tank. Performing tricks for our entertainment. The moment people stop going to these aquariums, they'll be closed. And no more animals will be caught to live in captivity. It's time we stop all of this cruelty. Why do ppl think these mammals are enjoying themselves?

  • Actually, this video touched me more than many that I have seen. It shows their love and concern for one another. Yet, another valid point for them to be wild and free. Living in jail is no way to grow up.

  • I have to admit, I thought it was adorable when the little baby couldn't get back into the water

  • I think that ''baby shamu'' is actually Nakai and the whale who came to assist him is Kasatka, Nakai's mother :)

  • I was in the dark about theme parks until I checked out bestvaluethemeparks (.) com

  • I'm glad they were able to help the baby out and that the other ones never left its side.

  • magnifique

  • this is actually incredibly cute. this is why orca whales fascinate me

  • The discomfort to the animal can be great and permanent injury is only avoided by the trainer recalling the animal to the water in time.

  • @gally50 Im guessing you saw The Cove

  • @gally50 Actually orcas beach themselves all the time. Certain groups of orca learn to beach themselves and catch prey, so it isn't unnatural to them

  • @orcaloverbandgeek Actually, only transient orcas do that when they catch seals. But all the orcas at SW are resident, which means they eat fish, not seals. So what gally50 says is correct. That can cause serious internal problems and is the cause of 60% of the deaths at SW. All around ages 10-25

  • @PacificOrcas That's not true at all. They're not out on the slides for long enough to cause any kind of injury even if you add the few seconds together from the years they've done this. SW has had Transients in the past and Taima was 1/2 transient. But it's a learnt behaviour even in the wild. It's not a cause of 60% of deaths.

  • @IAmADalek True, they're not on it for very long at a time. But repeatedly, with 2-4 shows a day, it ads up. Whenever it says that an orca has died of internal injuries, that's what happened. Also, orcas and other ceteceans only beach themselves when they hunt food (transients only) or when they are under a supreme amount of stress. And lifting their heads and tails while on the slideout is what does the most damage, it puts all the body weight on the stomach, something they never do in the wild

  • @orcaloverbandgeek Certain Orca pods such as those in patagonia partially beach themselves in order to catch seals The info I posted was from WSPA Damage can be done to ORCA if they are beached for a prolonged period of time due to their weight. Is anything else shown in this video "Unnatural" to them? i.e. the flashing lights, loud music, screaming crowds, chemically treated water, confined living space,. Do you believe that they should be bred simply to entertain humans & make a profit? i dont

  • @orcaloverbandgeek That's only been observed in one pod but it isn't dangerous to them unless they get stuck but it isn't natural behaviour for all orcas only a few.

  • @orcaloverbandgeek

This trick is called beaching. Very uncomfortable with such a heavy weight pressing on the internal organs thei are not designed to do and it can harm them. That is why you see the trainers run to help this animal. In nature they sometimes beach themselves while hunting knowing the next wave will take them back in the water. They do it when they are very hungry and there is no other way to find food.

    26 experts following you.

  • @HelloGocki they don't beach themselves just because there is no other food to find. For the transient orca pods of Patagonia, that is how they hunt. it isn't a "sometimes" occurrence, it is when they see the opportunity to.

  • @orcaloverbandgeek They were beaching themselves because they were told to for the show to entertain humans. That isn't natural. It also isn't natural for them to get stranded, their skeletons are not designed to withstand their weight out of water.

  • @madtay26 They weren't told, they were asked. They didn't have to do anything. They get their food regardless. The situation was controlled and the orca was not stranded for hours on end. It was stranded about as long as an orca in the wild takes to catch a sea lion. it was never in any danger. Calm down...logic always prevails

  • @orcaloverbandgeek Nothing in my comment implies that I need to calm down. My comment was a reaction to you claiming that their behavior is natural. Although their acts are ones that they do in nature, none of this show or concept of captivity is natural. They do not get asked to do tricks in the wild, they don't get told to either. How do you know they get fed correctly? I'm going to go with logic on this one and say you have no idea, and even if they did it is not the same as what is natural.

  • @gally50 Killer whales beach themselves when hunting seals also.

  • @gally50

orcas beach them selves when hunting seals on the shore there fore you are wrong.

  • thats so sad, he is obviously in distress and upset. How can people cheer- it makes me feel sick, i would of walked out.

  • @SherinaOMG They don't like to keep orcas alone. I doubt it was there long. Sometimes they're separated because of bad fighting or the need for medical procedures, and they'll talk to each other at the gates, then, yes. But it doesn't last. The only one currently alone is Tillikum, and that's mostly because of the public panic reaction following the attack earlier this year. They're trying to figure out who to put him with, now that poor Taima's gone.

  • don't many people have dogs???make competition???? train them???Millions of years ago they used to be wolfs.

killer whales are similar to wolfs in many aspects: intelligence, life in group...

People only think that keeping and training whales is so wrong because of their size.

I guess that you can't train whales who were born in the wild, but there's no problem if they were born in captivity, cause then the trainer would be like the leader of the band

  • @blacksunshinetoday the fact is they dont know the truth so they cant choose, theyve done it before, released a whale that was in captivity back to the wild and what happened? the poor thing couldnt survive out there. i agree that they shouldnt be making these whales do the shows but since they have been born and raised there they have to keep them there, they could stop doing the shows and create a more realistic living environment for them instead of and empty tank with only water.

  • yes it is sad that they keep the whales in a tank. they shouldnt have done it in the first place, but they were born and raised there. they dont know the difference and if you put them in the ocean now, they wouldnt survive one day. come on people think about it.

also, same thing as the zoo but no one gets angry about that.

  • @rickaaay6 Obviously Zoos are shameful too. And if you were born into a prison and had to stay there all your life for the amusement of others, would it make it right just because you didn't know any different?? NO of course not. And we could extend this to any situation, child abuse for example.

  • @rickaaay6 These Whales may not be as efficient at living in the wild as their wild brothers and sisters but if they knew the truth what do you think they would chose?? And besides it wouldn't take much planning to reintroduce these whales. Profit driven people just dont want to do it, where is the motivation? Thy don't care.

  • @blacksunshinetoday There are facilities built off of ocean pens where dolphins can and have escaped to the wild. Guess what? They usually come back. Those given a choice often prefer a free meal, familiar company and safety from ocean dangers to the wild life you adore so much. You're anthropomorphizing. What you would choose is not necessarily what they would choose. Keiko chose to remain with humans, and they kept trying to force him back to the wild. It failed.

  • @ianam1983 because they know no better.... they dont know how to be wild anymore or some even at all

  • @rickaaay6 Thank you at least for showing some common sense. More than two-thirds of captive orcas today - three-quarters of those in the United States - are captive-born. Many have parents from different pods or whose original pods are unknown. We wouldn't know where to release them if we tried, and considering Keiko's story, you're right, they probably wouldn't survive.

  • @ianam1983 thats the problem its a vicious cycle for the ones who are captive born but some or not some are still wild taken dont be fooled watch the cove it on youtube

  • @Kurasutaru I knew about drive fisheries long before The Cove came out. It may shock you to learn that most of the Japan-caught dolphins stay in Japan. The States don't take 'em anymore, nor do most places outside of east Asia.

Orcas haven't been taken from the wild deliberately since 1989, except in Japan and Russia. The ones you see today in Europe and America are either captive-born or have been there more than a decade.

  • thats what happens when you orcas in a tank you f**king ASSHOLES

  • Wow its some things wrong first nobody is supposed to be near the tank like that and poor baby shamu

  • These poor creatures used to make money and entertain! No wonder so many people get attacked by them, they are not meant to be kept like this and if you look at the size of the animals and the size of the tanks, no wonder their fins are curved;from swimming around and around. And that's acceptable?? Makes me sick.

  • @blacksunshinetoday ok lets let them die in the wild.. these animals are being hunted to extinction, captivity is the only option because no one will change the minds of the humans to save the animals...and why they have to change?..... dominance over a species is a proof of our superiority and that's good.

  • @seploud Two words sping to mind... Delluded Nazi.

  • I dont like americans. Its good they stay in their country.

  • @MrTommyRico who cares if u dont like americans damnn what country u come from? that ya hating so much

  • @MrTommyRico we stay in our country because yours smell bad

  • Am i the only one cried?

  • Poor lil shamu

  • aww this is my dream job

  • @nemesiz76 if they are captive born, it's just as bad to release them

  • @nemesiz76 Most of those whales had born there, and if what happends in the video is in the wild, the orca has more problems and almost sure dies... Orcas there consider those tanks their home, and it's pretty big...

  • @nemesiz76 If the animals didn't want to be there, you'd know it.

  • @SimulationCharacter1 how would you know it? It's not like they can verbalize it to you and even if they did indicate displeasure, do you honestly think they would be released back into the wild?

  • @SimulationCharacter1 Yeah we do know it... That's why they attack trainers all the time. And self mutilate.

  • aw that is the sweetest thing ever :)

  • Orcas form very tight knit family pods that they stay with their entire lives. It makes sense that they would stand by the little one.

  • Awww!

  • That was so freakin cuteee. Almost made me cry

  • @mallen1003 me too, and the cheer at the end!

  • This is freaking adorable! this is my dream job working with whales/dolphins idk idc as long as i work with this kind of mammals they are so charming! I'm an animal "aficionado"

  • Listen to all that noise, poor little things

  • One of Shamu's adorible moments. =D

  • (fail whale)

  • awwww love is why the other whales stayed

  • That was cute ^_^ I can't think of the whales being so deadly after watching this

  • I believe that the first killer whale to stand by the baby was the mother

  • Keiko's freeing will always be debated. He relied heavily on human support, but also spent time alone . He beached and died, but was old (in captive terms). But don't get confused over who is at fault. Seaworld are a money making organisation who clearly exploit orcas. However the trainers love them and care for them greatly. They train them the same way someone would train a dog to obey commands with praise and affection. They use massage, ice, water and food as reward. They are never starved.

  • Orcas travel in pods ; ) some calves remain with their mums for many years, long after they're matured. Sometimes i say they're lucky to be in a tank where there is fresh water and food. Out at sea they could get killed and food could become scarce with the way things r going on this planet. I agree that they need more space and dnt deserve to be used for our entertainment. But somethings gotta pay for all that food, although there r other forms of earning money, these ppl see it differently.

  • awww bless its liek if one stays they all stay, if one leaves the all leave :) xxx

  • that was nice!

  • ImagineerJonas i'm not sure where you get your information from (probably seaworld PR) but the whales that were taken from the wild were just taken, not 'adopted'.

  • It's all well and good that the people complain about the whales being kept in captivity but did they never realise that most of them live longer lives than they would in the wild? Dolphins only live to be about 20 but in captivity they can live til about 40 years old.

  • @xemopengyx That's also a lie (even if liberty and quality of life weren't a factor.) IN the wild, Lolita's mother and grandmother (now 80) are still alive and swimming free. She, meanwhile, has been in captivity for 43 years now, and still responds to the recorded sounds of her family in the wild. That's the TRUTH. Those are the FACTS. Seaworld is feeding you a bunch of lies so they can keep raking in the bucks. STOP SUPPORTING THIS SLAVERY.

  • Anyone who says the animals are unhappy are as dumb as the ones who say they like the attention. It's irrelevant how they feel, they shouldn't have to perform for us arrogant fools. Nature is majestic and beautiful, and seeing it contained and trained is depressing. These whales cannot be released now because the training has ruined them, but at least let them be themselves.

  • @BaileyJapes The purpose of the show is awareness.. perhaps if not for awareness.. these whales or others could be extinct right now..

the awe caused in next generations watching causes us to grow up loving the creatures in the wild and making sure we protect them for the future..

  • @MrCoconutCurry No. The purpose of the show is to make money. Seaworld are a money-making company, not a non-profit charity. I'm not saying these animals should be released, I realise how difficult it is to rehabilitate them (which proves how damaging the training is on their nature), I'm saying they shouldn't be made to live so unnaturally. Keeping such big and intelligent animals in tiny tanks and making them learn circus tricks for food is simply wrong.

  • @BaileyJapes The food they get for rewards amounts to a very small percentage of their daily intake. They are fed regardless of whether they perform or not. I know this is hard to grasp, but what bothers you probably doesn't bother the orcas. It gives them something to do, it's not designed to be stressful, and if they want to refuse, they can (and occasionally do). So they may not be suffering as much as you think.

  • @ianam1983 You on their payroll or something? I'm a 40-year falconer, and have worked with big cats, monkeys, bears, and dolphins. "Gives them something to do?" They're kept hungry all day, when they would naturally be feeding as they want to, so that the food will be an enticement and a reward. Otherwise, they would not give it to them during shows at all. They're sentient, SOVEREIGN beings. Would YOU want some corp deciding you're "happy enough" in captivity?

  • @MrCoconutCurry The purpose of the show is PROFIT -- BILLIONS a year in profit. Don't be so gullible. The shows themselves are the biggest threat. Go buy or rent The Cove, get yourself an education.

  • @BaileyJapes They like it, though. The Sea World whales aren't starved or bullied into performing. If they don't want to, they refuse, and that's that. They really do call the shots, unlike most performing animals. And without the shows, they wouldn't have much to do. They don't exactly have to hunt for food, after all. It's replacement activity, and I don't think the orcas care much about "majesty" or "dignity" or "exploitation", or even comprehend those concepts.

  • @ianam1983 Yeah, they get to enjoy the stench of carrion instead of fresh-eaten fish. WIthout the shows they'd be FREE, in the OCEAN, swimming hundreds of miles a day with their extended families. Instead, they're in tiny tubs, eating the shyte we feed them, along with treatments for the ulcers they get from the stress of it all. Stop lying. This is slavery, no other word for it. Even if you don't whip them daily, it's still not the liberty that is their inherent right.

  • @Gyrkin59 Stench of carrion? The fish are dead, not rotten. And I honestly don't think they mind terribly having it fed to them instead of swimming hundreds of miles (which they do out of necessity, not for the joy of it) to find dwindling fish supplies.

I'm no fan of captures, but most of these animals were born here and this is their home. People like you would impose freedom on them because YOU want it, whether they like it or not. Stop projecting.

  • @ianam1983 You just showed you have NO idea what you're talking about. Dolphins (and orcas are dolphins) swim for the joy of doing so. They surf and have sex any time of the day or year for the pleasure of doing so as well. In literally all ways, they are our maritime analogue, only better equipped, more evolved. As such, we have NO right to keep them, "for their own good" or otherwise. Let it be their choice, then we'll see how long they stick around. Yes, carrion, even if u can't smell it

  • The point is not that the whales are in captivity, it's that they are made to perform for the entertainment of idiots. They're ANIMALS NOT PROPS. They should be doing their own thing without human interaction. I wish 'trained' animals injured people even more often then they do - it always makes a point. If you think you can control nature, you've earned it when it bites your legs off and shits in your eye.

  • @BaileyJapes you do not even know what you are talking about! Most of the whales that Seaworld has , they adopted these whales because most of them were sick and couldn't survive on there own! What kind of mind do you have! Go To ****

  • @ImagineerJonas Not true I'm afraid. The whales in seaworld were captured in the 60s and 70s purely to perform in seaworld. Fortunately they rarely do this this days.

  • @BaileyJapes Um, they only have a handful of wild-caught animals now. Five total, at all their parks, of which three came from other facilities that closed down and needed homes for the animals. All the others were born in captivity. They have fifteen captive-born orcas, plus five currently loaned to other parks, all but one born at Sea World parks. Many of them are now parents themselves.

  • @ImagineerJonas Sorry, but that's simply not true. Bish is correct. AGain, go rent or buy The Cove. Do your homework. Lolita, for example, was taken from the wild at about 3 years of age. Her parents and other family members were slaughtered before her very eyes, and their corpses were tied to the bottom of that cove so the bodies weren't as easily found. This is documented, with photos. She had ONE companion in the past 4 decades, and he suicided by bashing his head into the walls. TRUTH!

  • why do people say its for the money its not its garenteed that if they go bakc they will die so shut up and that was nice :)

  • the whale that got stuck is Kalia and the mother is Kataska or kasatka cant remember the spelling lol

  • It was very sweet but if these whales can be trained to do all that they do, then they can be trained to hunt in the wild and CAN be released. All Sea World wants is their precious money. Poor animals.

  • Loved it, Thats was so cute!!

  • dude the video stoped right in the middle

  • Aww poor baby...I agree with sweetlittledoves14...I think that's sweet how all the whales stayed by the baby...

  • Some humans are very arrogant and mercyless. They want to watch animals do funny stuff, therefor they go and catch them, and put them in a cage, and watch them, and allways think they look so happy. What a primitive attitute. If there are believers in other intelligent civilizations out there, they are not in direct contact with us,because we are unable to live in harmony with our own race, and much less with mother nature.in other words,we have not evolved sufficiently.peace to all

  • The Thing Is That These Whales Look Like They Have Been There For A While And If They Have You Cant Put them Back Into The Ocean There Use To Food Being Givng To Them Nd Being Cared For By People How Will They Survive But ♥♥♥♥♥ How They Stayed By The Babys Side

  • Alienxcherie...how r u getting our information?? do you seriously believe that its ok for these animals to be in captivity? if you want to educate yourself i suggest you watch "the cove" or better yet watch Lolita...i have a feeling it might have an effect on you.

  • very touching video, sweetlittledoves14 & hurdlegurl521 you guys are completely right.

  • when the little one gets back in the water he comes back to the trainer to say thank you! @1:45 or so....

  • check out my vid of shamu playing around with my gf!

its awesome... she even kinda giggles at my gf!

  • that is family unity right there

  • at least they r geting looked after and fed people

  • i agree with jesussaves011 maybe the orcas do love the attention like dogs who can say they hate it ??? hmm hmm ??

  • the guy walked across the bridge run guy god it isent a game

  • @dolphinxkayla I do understand and I also noticed this but the ground is slippery and he could slip and fall down the stairs. I'm not saying AT ALL that i care about the guy more than the whale because I don't but I'm sure it's required in their job not to run so SeaWorld isn't responsible for any injuries :)

  • this is amazing and sweet at the same time they stuck together the hole time untill the teainer came 2 the rescue this is proper unbeliveble :)

  • Almost all those whales at seaworld were born in captivity. And the ones tht weren't were given ta seaworld cuz the other aquariums couldn't take them, they don't swim with the "wild" ones, and everyones quick to say the whales are unhappy, but who are we to say how a whale feels, and did u ever stop to think, that they like the attention? Like dogs?

  • I cant stand that people still support such circus acts. These animals are so inhappy...if only you read alittle about how they r captured and there life during captivity...you would never support Seaworld parks.

  • @kstar75 Sea world doesn't catch whales, they actually "rescue" them from aquariums that don't want them anymore and use them to educate people. Any babies you see were born there and boy are the pregnant mothers looked after.

  • awe! that made me almost cry <3 that was trult amazing <3 that was VERRYYYY sweet for that other whale to help the baby!! truly amazing how the other whale helped the baby before ANY body helped it <3 very amazing

  • these trainers r so stupid, they shuld have been SPRINTING to help the whale!

  • @raiseyourfreakflag09 you don't want to sprint in a situation like that. It makes the animals nervous. Plus, have you tried sprinting on wet concrete in a water suit?... you'd run in place more then move

  • Thts so sweet! They stayed with baby Shamu! Now thts wat a REAL family would do. I bet tht if something happened to just 1 of them the rest of them would try to do the samething tht happened so they can go with them in the huge ocean in the sky. Thts just touching. I think those whales should get a prize or something like a day off from work and just being with each other.
