Go on serebii.net and on the left hand side click on Black/White Pokedex, then scroll down and press "TOTAL" to the right of where it says "Stat Listings" and that will display the top 200 pokemon by stats. You can do this process to see the top 200 exculuding black and white by clicking on DPtHGSS Pokedex above where it says Black/White Pokedex. This featured was not included in the Pokedex for the 3rd Generation Games (R/S/E/Fr/Lg). Like so everybody can see :)
