This is what Hockey does not need, Hollywood glorifying fighting and "GOON" style hockey. In this Trailer of the film Goon, they try to make drinking while high on pain killers seem comical. Just ask Len and Joanne Boogaard the parents of the late Rangers enforcer Derek Boogaard if thought that was hilarious. The makers of this film are assholes!!!

Now that I actually watch movies for more than the sake of a little kids amusement I can say this is absolute garbage.  Especially if you're a hockey fan. Go watch Slap Shot and you'll get a better laugh if you want something funny and meaningless. Like a fuck bum bouncer could ever come close to AHL level hockey. Lets not forget Seann William Scott and all of his other successful roles as an actor....The single most successful thing he's done after America Pie is a voice in Ice Age.

I was in this movie. We filmed in Portage La Prairie from 11 PM to 8 or 9 am for several weeks. Some of the stars got to be pretty good skaters by playing 'shinny' at 4 am on the 2nd ice sheet, in between takes. It was fun.

Stupidest mistake of Sean William Scotts prob could have done. Hit Somebody is going to be Kevin's last movie and I have seen it is going to be a 2 part movie.
