It also has brandy in it as a preservative but unless you have some kind of freakishly bad allergy to extremely small amounts of brandy then the only effect you are feeling is the placebo effect.
You have been duped. Do some research on how they make these mixtures and if you have an IQ higher than a lamp then you will realize how crazy this scam is.

Are you seriously trying to tell me that selling regular water as hundreds of different kinds of medicines for every disease known to man isn't a scam? If I started selling magic potatoes that were watered with holy water to cure cancer would you consider it a scam? This is no different.
Once again, any effect you are feeling is just a placebo effect. Sugar pills labeled the same way would also work.
