Nice. Although when doing the cutaway, I think you need to recalculate the mesh sections which cross the near plane, so the isosurface doesn't reveal empty spaces where they should be solid. I appreciate this wouldn't be a trivial change though :-)
@robotduckVideo True that- I've realised of course that voxel implied isosurface density != scan density, really, except for the exterior. To fix this, I would probably set a threshold for surface quite low, and then for all the densities above, band them into different materials.
The other issue is resolution, as 128x128x109 isn't very compelling medically- it is basically worse than a PET scan ;)
