The Scout Class Mark-VII ( with only one engine) were never seen in TOS. It was conjectured in the first Star fleet Technical Manual. Gene Roddenberry postulated that a starship must have at least two nacelles surmising a space vessel is better off not having to rely on only one engine. "If I had only one engine I'd stick close to my home world."

Really nice work. I enjoyed watching it. I have never seen a starship with no nacelles before though, thought it was kind of strange.

That's actually a ship class from the TOS era - the Scout Class Mark-VII. USS Quintillus NCC-590.
I'm surprised they pulled it from the actual registries. Must have had the old TOS era technical manual.

Good to see someone is doing this, Would be cool if they could try a retro feel with 16mm
equipment or the Classic musical scores..
