I wonder how much money is spent on the University and what the return is ?

Does anyone ever measure these things ?

As more is spent on UK tertiary education the economy continues its remorseless decline.

Do we really need to finance more media studies and humanities in general ?

No doubt wothwhile actvities but... who should pay ?

If I said welfare for the middle and upper middle classes would I be far wrong ?

1 of the best uni... the library is the biggest one in the UK n in Europe with lots of sources. sport centre is awesome. lectures are flexible... I love being at Cov uni. i love my uni...muaaaaa

there's loads of places to go out during the week, ikon on wednesday is brill, jumpin jacks is cheesy but fun, the coloseum (now the casbar) is good for live music and indie. there's some good places near the uni as well. it's much cheaper than a lot of cities

if you're feeling flush birmingham is only 15 minutes away on the train, so there's loads of things to do
