teomakk..tegbognal is in all the teaching examples that I have seen. I'nae tebtognal. I am full. Dont be so critical. People speak a language all of their lives and not speak it perfectly. Im sure your amarigna isnt perfect either.

Please learn the language properly first, there isn't such Amharic word like "tegbognal". It should be "tegbealehu".
