dude...that isnt true. i live in south carolina (ranked #46 out of 50 aka STUPID) and the school system here is an epic fail. the schools here are falling apart, the majority of the school buses i see are at least 20-30 yrs old, and the IQ\PACT\testing scores are really low. Wilson High School's testing scores show that half of the students there have failed in every class taken (english, math, histoyr, etc) and u can look this up too. btw im talking about a republican state,so have that in mind
