CONTINUED FROM BELOW- Skybus really aren't saving any money by this, and they also have to wait for the stairs for the passengers-we operate 738's so we can use the airstairs at the front while waiting.

I am a flight attendant for ryanair the airline skybus is based on. we board without jetways aswell. Skybus is missing the point.

the reasons we board without jetways are:

1. you dont have to pay gate agents, flight attendants board the airplane-sky bus still use gate agents

2. you can disembark the passengers quickly,

we do this because we have a 20 minute turn arounds-skybus have longer.

Skybus has a nice Livery,Planes and Seats But I mean then need to be more realistic and tell everyone that the $10 flights dont include Drinks and more.On Skybus, you pay only for what you check. The first two bags are 5 bucks apiece. After that, it's $50 a bag You pay for Food and Blankets...You also can pay $10 extra to board our the airplane before anyone else.

AND THEY NEED TO GET JETWAYS NOT JUST CHEAP PARKING SPOTS FAR AWAY FROM THE TERMINAL~!

Yes...I am a "pansy" for not wanting to sit on a plane filled with people that smell like wet dogs (myself included). If embracing the use of 20th-century advances is the definition of being a "pansy", then so be it.

Why don't you start commuting to and from work by horseback? Considering the relative price of oats vs. oil, you would probably save money.

You're right...next time I plan a trip a month in advance, I'll just make sure to schedule my travel on days that it's not going to rain.
