a lot of the comments are saying sorbet, but sorbet and sherbet are two different things. sorbet contains absolutely no dairy, while sherbet may contain some. most of the ones sold in stores are sherbet, so people need to stop saying it's sorbet... anyway, it's supposed to be pronounced sherbet without the r, but most people still add the r because it sounds more natural. lol

Scotland are the opposite for fruit, theres a shop near me that sells all fruit at 59p each which is like 80 yen :) and thats for like mango, avocado, strawberries(scotland has the best strawberries) raspberries, grapes and melon :)

The heat and humidity is really bad in Singapore (where I live) now, the weather keeps fluctuating between wet and rainy and absolutely unbearably humid and warm. Even the wind feels damp sometimes. :P Its listless here all year round.

I usually pronounce it as 'soar-bet' or just 'sher-bert'.
