I don't think cutting military spending is a bad idea. The defense budget (last time I checked) was around 400 billion dollars. We could easily pay for better healthcare, help the poor, etc with even just a little of that. Furthermore, isn't it hypocritical to tell other countries that they can't have nuclear weapons while we always have them poised at the ready?

I know you support the troops, and I heard what Obama said in it's entirety, and that was part of what he said taken out of a much larger statement. Our commander said essentially the same thing about what the issues were with our lack of enough forces, and relying on airstrikes as almost a defensive, offensive strategy. Now to clarify on the military spending. I think it was a misinterpretation that was used as "mud" during the campaign. Obama is not in favor of the missile shield in Europe and putting weapons in space, both very controversial and diplomatically straining issues. This is what Im sure he meant by his cuts. Come on, who is going to send a soldier out in a war with subpar weapons and armor; lets be realistic here.
Maybe the guy that wants to remove the military and take over with that civilian security force he talks about. Missile defense is a big issue as well. When Obama talks about removing our defenses, and then about sitting down with that insane leader in Iran, I start to worry. His own words tell me what I need to know, not any news source.

I don't think cutting military spending is a bad idea. The defense budget (last time I checked) was around 400 billion dollars. We could easily pay for better healthcare, help the poor, etc with even just a little of that. Furthermore, isn't it hypocritical to tell other countries that they can't have nuclear weapons while we always have them poised at the ready?

Democrats tend to cut housing, ammunition, health care, rifles, training, and all of the other things most needed for a ready fighting force. Thats what happens when the left takes charge. Imagine infantry who have never been trained with a working rifle. Imagine medical specialists who have never trained with common medical equipment. Armor units with no tanks. Transport units with no trucks that run, etc...

I voted for Reagan, and I love John McCain, but his votes, or lack of votes concerning veterans was instrumental determining my vote this year. Being someone that has been directly affected by both gulf wars, Vietnam, and WWII in my family, it is no wonder to me that the majority of troops supported Obama. Soldiers, Marines, Sailors, Coast Guard are trained to be alert, and analytical in investigation of a threat, and they saw through the lies put out about Obama, the reason they are great.

I know you support the troops, and I heard what Obama said in it's entirety, and that was part of what he said taken out of a much larger statement. Our commander said essentially the same thing about what the issues were with our lack of enough forces, and relying on airstrikes as almost a defensive, offensive strategy. I am just saying like Obama said about the bracelet to McCain, everyone can use a symbol, but we are all in this together, and I honor you, because I know where you come from.

-He'll appoint liberal activist judges.
-Higher taxes.
-Expansion of inefficient, wasteful govt.
-Because he's too new on the scene and I wasn't really sure how far Left he was.

Now to clarify on the military spending. I think it was a misinterpretation that was used as "mud" during the campaign. Obama is not in favor of the missile shield in Europe and putting weapons in space, both very controversial and diplomatically straining issues. This is what Im sure he meant by his cuts. Come on, who is going to send a soldier out in a war with subpar weapons and armor; lets be realistic here.

When I first started this episode, I got winded a bit. I was like "damn, am I ever gonna feel better." I went and got some cold water and drank it in between rants. Towards the end I was able to rant better. At least it felt better physically. I need to be better because I have a special show I am gonna do soon. I better get to writing it.

It is great to be back. My Chest feels sore this morning but honestly it feels like a healing type sore. So hopefully the infection was ranted out of my system. Hopefully I scared the infection away....lol

Liberal idiots bad mouth Iraq and Afganistan veterans as well. They say they're nowhere near as brave as the WWII veterans since "only" 5,000 of them died. It's a moronic way of thinking. Good to see you back. I voted for McCain but now my new Boss will be Obama. Already the F-22 Program might be cut from the Obama Administration according to Air Force Times. What a disappointment. A lot of my troops voted for him simply because he's black. I think we have a lot ignorent people in this generation.
