Very different type of injury, but I'm coming off a scapholunate ligament injury, I think you should realize how the wrist works. Unlike most joints, the wrist isn't held together by any kind of socket. It's a mesh of ligaments, bones, and connective tissue.

100% healed.. I don't think so. You'll have little problems here and there and it'll come back to haunt you when you're older.

wrist is still tight and sometimes stiff, but its pretty much 100% healed from this. I'm no longer lifting with a wrist wrap on to support it.
