@888hens just downgrade your ipod software to an earlier jailbreakable version. its quite easy if you want to know how, or you can just wait until the crafty jailbreak developers figure out to jailbreeak the new software

Because apple removed licence for 4.3.3. No licence = no downgrade.
(You can use steak4uce exploit, but it take time.)
