i use ulead v11 plus, regardless of the version you got i should be able to help a little, then again ive only had it a little while if you got any specific questions ill help as much as possible (hard explaining stuff over the web)

ulead is almost exactly like WMM, unlike vegas its easy to find most of the things you use in WMM to do stuff, all the basics are right there applying effects is just a lot different, but there are so many its awesome X-D lots of cool effects that wmm doesnt have, plus you can have like 8 overlays where wmm couldnt even have 1 >_>
