Just one point - HH the Dalai Lama would only be the spiritual leader of a free Tibet. There would be an elected government with an elected Prime Minister, as with the current government in exile.
I don't think I ever said otherwise. He would still, like the Emperor of Japan for example, be the symbol head of state and symbol of unity. Anyway, in my opinion His Holiness could probably do a better job than any elected officials could, but that's irrelavent right now.
