@KisImaK2009 Malpractice, the doctor/nurses fucked up. It wasn't heart failure, he went into respiratory failure. The heart stopped after that but the primary problem was that line was placed wrong and when they tried to pull it out he bled internally because they went thru an artery. Then resp failure (he stopped breathing) and then his heart stopped. fucked up way to go.
