Firefighters and police were telling those people to not look down or look out the windows because of bodies in the sky lobbies and the jumpers outside.

How is asking for a new investigation into 9/11 in any way shape a form in conflict with "truth" and the pursuit of truth? The first series of "explosions" he heard was the collapse of the south tower. Some debris from that broke windows in the wtc7 lobby.
The second series of "explosions" was the collapse of the north tower. Thats the one where falling debris destroyed much of the south side of wtc7 trapping Jennings & Hess.
