How do you guys make your built in webcam to work? As in recording yourself / taking pictures. The camera works fine with skype or MSN just not without. Any solution?

i dont really have any idea what my laptop is made of...i have this packard bell laptop black in color the same size as this video shown but made in fucking china...when internet is not around and you accidentally press the e web on the icon the windows start to show this pop ups unconnected windows of the internet and fucks me out...damn it...

If i remember,you must start u laptop and press F8 until u gate a black screen whit opsions like save mode and lot of ather stuff.Go down and you will see to restor windows or reinstall.I hope u undersand and can reinstall your system.Goog Luck!
