OMG Baijiu (the white wine they drank) is some seriously strong shit. I had about the same reaction as Tony when I drank it. XD Warms you up good in winter tho
I don't like cow's stomach, atleast the ways I've had it cooked before. Sheep's stomach might be better, but I've never had it.
What's really good are Chinese style pig intestines. There's a really authentic Chinese restaurant about an hour's drive away that serves them in about 3 different ways. I might be the only caucasian in Utah that orders the pickled pig guts, but they're full of flavour, delicate, and absolutely delicious.
yeah, actually I agree with you. I love those stuff, and most of the time they are ugly to look at, but the way they mix all the special sauce for each dish bring out the best. other than that, there's not much taste to the plain stomach stuff. it's all about the texture and the chewiness, which I like a lot. can't think about it, just have to try it and see if you like it or not then judge it.
I like cows' stomachs maded spicy and enjoy it with a bottle of beer
1st its cheap 2nd it tastes really good taste.
I recommend to try it.
