Hoegaarden is basically the European version of Blue Moon. But really, Blue Moon's brewery is Colorado and it is a Belgian White brew.. but Hoegaarden's brewery is located in Belgium, and is the original Belgian White Ale. So really, Blue Moon is the American version of Hoegaarden.

Im a fan of Blue Moon, but Hoegaarden is the original.. really go try one.

i hated this beer i bought sam adams cherry wheat and a bottle was missing replaced with a coors bottle so i switched that out with the blue moon and drank it and the whole time is was drinking it it tasted like hot dog flavored water i should of stuck with the coors.

lol I was talking to some employees at the shoppette I work in at Stuttgart, Germany, and said I was going to ask if we could order blue moon, someone spilled the beans for me, because I was busy working outside. Same old work outside today as well, until I saw a familiar box get unloaded from the shipment, They got Blue Moon in (the first time I have ever ran full speed after a forklift. Now I have a case of 24 lying in wait. Weighing in at $29 a case its our most expensive beer in stock.
