What Peter is saying is that the same Spirit in Christ, God's Holy Spirit, preached long ago through Noah to the spirits that are now in prison, who disobeyed... Peter is basically saying the same type deal happened back then, as he also compares the saving of Noah and his family through a flood with us being saved from the ways of the world through the baptism of Jesus' death.

I am Muslim and I do NOT support Christlam. Many ignorant people think that the crescent moon is the symbol of Islam which is not true. It wasn't until the Ottoman Empire that the crescent moon & star became affiliated with the Muslim world. Just because many nations that are predominately Muslim have the crescent on their flag that's political not religious, Allah is an Arabic word for God. Arab Christians use Allah. Here is what I have been noticing more and more lately on YouTube-- Ther are some people out there who purposefully go to videos that speak about Christianity just to berate the people that are listening to them. It's ok to question, but to outright call people names and mock them for their beliefs is just spreading hate. It used to make me very angry. Now I just feel sorry for people like that. Hopefully one day their eyes will open.

@JC1JS2 I not wanting anybody to be killed! But if you noticed the only killing going on , comes from Radical Islam! We as Christians must walk in Love, and pray, and seek the face of God!! We must agree to disagree, but we can not create a false doctrine called Chrislam......God bless.

@paulbegley34 Amen!!!! As Jesus told the disiples and us." We must be fishers of men!" "Feed My Shhep" As Christians I believe that now is the time if ever that we stand For our Lord Jesus Christ!!! We know the truth, and we know Jesus, He is the way, truth and the life!!! Stand firm and reject and rebuke any who try to decieve you. If it's not Jesus , turn away!!!! Watch for the wolf in sheeps clothing!!! Praise Him always!!!
