Good flying there mate. Iv got rappy 60 myself there brilliant machines. I'm thinking about joining the local club, what do you think? Are you in a club?

@matjefferson cheers for comment. yes you need to fly these as a club.

2 reasons. safety aspec. and help from other people if you have problems etc.

p.s. i like my 60 as much as my 90, i fly them about the same amount. great heli`s.

what are your pitch curves ?

@wcwickedclown colective pitch is =10 and -10

the aileron and elevator pitch is +7 and -7

idle up 1 throttle 68% linear to 98%

idle up 2 throttle 72% linear to 98%

fuel 20% beckra heli fuel

but the manuel says 8-to-9 low and 12+to 13+ high

@wcwickedclown i increased values to + & - 12 pitch and increased aileron elevator to + & - 9 this was a possible total pitch of 21deg. and the ingine can not handle it. the ingine bogged down and i crashed heli. so done the repair and put values back to 10- & + and 7 - & + so now its back to possible 19deg max. the engine handles this fine. so beware to much pitch is bad.

@wcwickedclown sorry adding up wrong. now max pitch is 17 deg. not 19deg.

even my raptor 90 has trouble with over 20deg total pitch  so keep it below 20 deg.

total colective plus total aileron or elevator. keep this below 20deg and theres no bogging down of engine.

Nice vid! just wondering, how can a heli fly upside down ? i thought it would fly into the ground ?

@hyper7rf your right a real heli has a profile on it blades. and rc heli has a symmetrical profile which allows it to give lift when upside down.

Great video!!! I am getting back into flying and I have just picked me up a great hei and low cost repairs. Here is my setup: Century Predator Carbon Max 90 YS .91ST CY Muscle pipe 5 JR 9303 transmitter JR R2100 reciever JR 8717 (CCPM servos) JR 8417 (Throttle) Futaba GV-1 Governor Futaba 611 / 9256 gyro and tail servo 710 V blade main, 105 V blade tails, V paddles Can wait to get home set it up and get her in the air!!!

@vigorflyer sounds like a great set-up. i took the V paddles off my raptor 90. was way to responsive, as im a sport flyer there not needed.

but get a video on when you get back in the air. cool

@88Rangerindanger if you keep with it and stay with-in your envolelope of flying youll get there. some stats. only 4% of club members will try helicopters and only 1% will get to fly circuits.

so stick with it. its worth it when you can fly. so much more rewarding .
