this is like the sgh-d807 combined with the chocolate, and both blackjacks because of the wheel of the second blackjack, and the keyboard of the first blackjack because there are differences between the 2.

if i were to purchase this phone and take the sim card from my 3G cingular/att cell phone and insert it into the blackjack, would i be able to go and use it from there? or would i have to activations, extra fees, etc.?

No activation, etc. You just wouldn't be able to use the 3G. Just EDGE and GPRS.

You can buy it now from Negri Electronics but it doesn't work on most 3G networks here. Not worth buying yet.
