  • this scene is so cute.

  • with all deleted scenes this movie could be the most homoerotic movie ever made

  • @k3ngarbage Because at the moment its so, so heterosexual.

  • Most interesting! Here we get to see Dickie Barry and Miss Olcott, both pretended by Maurice (though in different manner) in Forster's book and which don't have any appeareance in the final cut of the film, :D Great! Thanx a lot. These and may other things escape the movie, like Maurice's recurrent DREAM. WANNA READ THE BOOK? Download from here: e7k36 [dot] tk or from my channel ;)

  • Thank you for all of the Wonderful deleted scenes from Maurice. It is, afterall one of my alltime favorite movies. Is there a Part 2 of Deleted scenes 7? Brett

  • Is there a part 2?

  • I don't mind this part being cut so much. It's a little long and although it sets up the fact that Maurice is attracted to men, I'd still've cut it.

  • This is an excellent movie.. i would rate it 10 out of 10

  • Who was Dickie Barry? I haven't read the book and it wasn't mentioned on the movie either.

  • @reasonableskeptic Dickie Barry is the nephew of Dr. Barry.

  • .,

wow' yummy! the guest is sleeping naked.

i wish i have that guest,

    hahahhaha..

  • wow the boy is sleeping naked and maurice sees that. you know he has to be thinking Iam glad he was a guest. what a sight. was not expecting that and neither was maurice. haha

  • I would like to know the name of the boy who plays Dickie, who is, I believe, the same boy plays Warton in "Another Country" with Rupert Everett and Colin Firth.

  • Adrian Ross Magenty played both roles.

  • @JenniferTaipei I thought it was the same boy from another country as well.

  • @ericnfan he is just older here.

  • @JenniferTaipei interesting when the woman want to go along for the ride when maurice takes dickie to the dr. and he says there is no room in th car. sure he just wanted to be alone with dickie after seeing him nude in bed in the morning.

  • ahora entiendo x q omitieron todo ese trozo... xD

  • wats on the sand???

  • if you see part 1 of the movie you'll find out :)

  • 08:04-08:10 Maurice pretends to be listening. But all he hears is, "blah, blah, blah..." He is probably thinking, "...I could watch you speak for hours, without caring for what you say...You have the most marvelous face!..." Then, randonmly hears "car." ..."What?" Haha.

  • He, that was funny, a russian book :)

  • Its one of my favorite films.. Merchant/Ivory are know for making amazing movies..awesome cinematography and a great story of love/ lost loves and unfortunately forbidden loves

  • wait wait, what is that 'infernal design'? ah, in any case, I'll learn when I read the book.

  • The "infernal design" was the diagram explaining sex the teacher drew in the sand and the innocent bystanders happened across... =)

  • ohhh. i see it now. thank you :)

  • What movie is this ?

  • Everytime Dickie is in the room I cringe. Maurice makes such an awful fool of himself! I nearly pulled my hair out reading those parts in the book. Wonderful movie, fantastic acting all around.

  • how the hell did you get a hold of these?!i saw the whole version of this movie back in 1990. A@E showed this whole movie all 3 hours of it back to back one night. i feel in love with this movie. long before there ever was brokeback mountain, this movie was over looked for years. it was 3 hours, but when they put it on tape, they shorten it 30 minutes. these deleted scenes were the main parts of the movie, the end when maurice tells clive goodbye with the rose petals on the ground, was beautiful!

  • Do you have the whole movie instead of the deleted scenes?

  • I've never seen the movie, though I'd like to, it looks excellent. I was wondering how old Dickie's supposed to be though. He looks like he's sixteen.

  • I once had the movie on youtube, but my account was deleted. I'll see if I can upload it again sometime.

  • It would be wonderful to have all of the deleted scenes restored into one long movie; I can't get enough of this marvelous movie.

  • The same here!

  • who composed the music score? , its very good.

  • Richard Robbins was the composer.

  • thank you

  • I now must read the book!!!

  • do it, but mind that E.M. Forster has better books than that.

  • I LOVE IT! <3
