You've got to respect the studio that made this. It was creepy, gross, violent but it was funny as hell. I know that times and tastes change but censorship today would never alow such a cartoon to be made. Why? Because it would encaurage children to eat bugs (beatlejuice was a human ghost afterall), or do other stupid things. But why am I not doing that? Oh right... Because I have parents that set an example not dan cartoons :P

@DakkstarDarkling It may be the Darkwing Duck case again only that the music was the same in the real and syndicate intros of Beetlejuice whilst in DD's case the music was funked up on top of the intro being changed.

However I think this may be a legit 2nd intro though as I always remembered it from the original UK run.

Great intro version of Beetlejuice, but everything for the first :03 seconds should have been edited or just rather NOT added on. The quality is NOT the best also. DON'T want to sound ungrateful or whiney, but it's just the TRUTH... :-D

This was the best intro and best cartoon! The intro was one HELL of an acid trip, lawl, sadly the creators felt they were scareing the younger audience by makeing Beetlejuice rise from the grave in the begining so they changed it. *tear* Go 90's cartoons! They were the ultimate best!
