Great its such an interesting form. And you demostrate it so nice, you do it a little fast but it has harmony and mones don't stuck its a great job you did keep working. I will practice more from noow on :)

For Hung Gar training you should just try to train the characteristics of our style- Hard with Soft, Fast with Slow, and combine correct breathing with good stance training. forget about whos better than who, and just simply refine yourself.
Practice with humility as a discipline..and improvement as an everyday goal-never be satisfied with your own level to gain skill yourself. Thankyou for your comments
Looks Similar to Fu-Hok, Slight Diffrences I like how you or your teacher simplified the form and made it shorter, Nothing wrong with changing the form to better help the student.
