When he make jokes, it made some of the chefs uncomfortable, making them think "Wtf is wrong with this douche?" @sparkl1nwat3r Kangaroo's have been a food source in Australia for a long time (particularly the natives). Kangaroos (certain strains anyway) breed like rabbits and can often come into conflict with farming and even threaten the sustainability of some ecosystems much like feral rabbits.

It makes sense then that some would capitalize on the need for some pop control by selling their meat and hides.

My brother lives in San Diego. Everytime I visit him, he takes me to this place (he discovered it from this show). Real neat place, and they have an autographed picture of Guy on their wall. The food here is so good... even the plain old burgers are delicious!!

What's "CRAZY" about this spot is that the gator burger had no flavor at all, yet tasted good! (Crazy I know). Service was EH. Really wanted to try the kangaroo, but they said they were out of the meat. I for sure will go back to try the lamb/beef burger, looks hella good.

There are tons of places like this in Canada! Where do you live? I live in Calgary alberta and we have a lot of buger joints with tons of different kinds of meats and burgers. Loungeburger has shrimp burgers, bison burgers, oyster burgers, elk, sausage, lamb, ahi tuna, free range turkey, salmon, portobello, veggie, smoked chicked, kobe beef, butter's beef and more! And there are at least 10 other places here! Canadians can rock out the burgers. AND we have poutine! Never see that on Diner's...
