Remember real life sound is different to amplified and too high is bad for your hearing so practice safe and youll have many years of happy listening. I guess once its mounted in an enclosure it will be signing a different true.
hey man i have question . im gonna buy me 2 fi audio subs . but i just got my box made . i have an 08 chevy impala . so what should get you think best for me ? btl, bl , or tha ib3 sub
edit: must have at least 25 times more volume than it's Vas, more: better. Some say 10 times... debateable. Smoothest/flattest responce, minimal power requirement... usually flat to 10Hz
infinite baffle.... not made for enclosures... needs a whole room or attic on 1 side of the driver to act as a HUGE "sealed" box... must have 25 times the volume of the driver's Vas.
It's made to be loose... only 1 soft spider, and needs very little power, because they play "free air" but have a baffle to separate the rear wave and front wave so there's no cancellation
I got it stuck in the pole vent :(

What does infinite baffle mean? And why are the prices cheaper than the other series of fi?
