  • Generally really professionally done, if a bit boring in tone. Wort is pronounced "Wirt" though.

  • We have the 3-keg system (3 lines to kegs off the CO2 tank) and as long as all 3 kegs fit into your refrigerator, it works great! Once your beer is carbonated, you can disconnect CO2 from the keg in order to carbonate another one. You can carbonate them one-at-a-time to ensure you get proper CO2 levels for the style you brewed, assuming 3 different batches of beer. If you're carbonating a new brew and have a carbonated keg already in there, remember to disconnect the CO2 from that keg first.

  • What if I want to brew 2-3 batches at once? How would the kegging system deal with that?

  • @TakeSomeAdvice OH NO!! IT'S THE GUY WHO THINKS COOPERS KITS ARE BAD NEWS......THOUGHT THE INTERNET WAS RID OF YOU BUMBLING FOOLS ....TAKE SOME ADVICE...SCRAM...YOU CAN'T EVEN BREW A "CANNED " MALTED EXTRACT BREW CORRECTLY.....LOL

  • Good point! We completely spaced that step while shooting the video. We have added text explaining how to do that, so thanks for the heads up!

  • Where is the Text?

  • Text explaining how to purge your keg starts at 50 seconds into the video and is up for 10 seconds.

  • The text says "Don't forget to purge your keg by holding the release valve open for 30 seconds while adding CO2 at 30psi." This will insure you're not adding oxygen to your beer.

  • Shouldn't you burp out the air in the keg when you first start filling with CO2? If you don't you oxidize the beer. Otherwise, nice looking video.
