I did however find the video where he changed the words at the end and did not say "I'll pull the trigger" it was Live in Candada in 1995, i cant say for sure why he changed the words but this show was not much more than a month before he passed away.

@pburke1siu1 I thought I was the only one who still listens to them everyday. I love all their stuff, but "Sleepyhouse" is the song I want to die to. The only music that's played a bigger role in my life than Blind Melon is Pink Floyd. Both, Gods of Music.

I've grown up listening to this fabulous band. literally, since I was born. thier sound is like smooth honey (and I sound like a twat wilst I say that - and "whilst" while I'm at it - but I don't give a monkey's uncle ;p)

a couple years ago a close family friend took his own life and i would listen to this song over and over again. im only 17 and starting listen to blind melon maybe 5 or so years ago but they have really inspired me and got me through tough times. thanks you <3

a god amongst mortals. i used to listen to their music every day when I was at school. my friends and i wanted to play just like them. he died. layne died. jeff died. my idols fell. i've never loved music with the same passion since. i adore this song.
