  • Hahahahahaha the end part

  • These results r actually believable in 90 days... nice.. I'm at about day 30 worth...

  • @JonhieKnox

I was a bit skeptical about the

    MusclesMaximizer.info

program. I know that Kyle Leon

    who designed the program had

    a solid reputation among fitness

buffs, so I decided to give it a try.

And in just short weeks, my muscles

    were starting to appear visibly.;:))

  • Can't wait till im a senior cause when this school year ends im gonna be ripped as fuck

  • so is anyone else confused by p90x 2 in v sculpt when they say carl used only bands.. and then there's this with him using weights haha

  • johnny intense like nobody's buidness!! by the way he is the ceo of this fine company. :)

  • i walk on the beach and when i see an attractive girl i say "WISH I WOULDA HAD THIS BODY IN HIGH SCHOOL" and then i point to my ripped and toned body.

  • Carl's before picture has been photoshop. Look at his face down to his Adam apple, there's two different shades of color. Another thing, Carla has a before and after picture for Power 90, P90x and even 10 Minute Trainer. Why is he claiming each program has changed his body?

  • @Archieve00 OOOOOOHHHHH OMG!!!! Guess what..... it's called a tan line and a shadow... -.-

  • Check out my true and amazing scrawny to brawny transformation guys. Honest true results with my program. I took no steroids and no harmful supplements during these week. Just creatine. tell me what you think?

Type in the following: "gain muscle fast in 12 weeks or less". It's the third video from the top. By leanmusclegainerThanks to all that viewed. God bless

  • AHAHAHAHAHHAHAHA. the ending is epic!!

  • DUDE! look at your arms!!

  • wow i just orgasmed and im a tranny

  • What if you're skinny as hell and your muscles show but you're actually weak like me LOL

  • @trashthethrasher what are you asking ?

  • i am in highschool with a body like this....its fucking awesome

  • p90x is the best workout program out there. Ive been using it and ive been seeing great results. i went from 183 pounds to 171 in the first 30 days doing this with a strict diet and have gotten alot stronger and ive also been drinking their recovery drink everyday after a workout. Im on day 49 and im now 169 pounds and im starting to see the 6 pack coming in. As long as you do the the workout everyday with a strict diet you will see results like this guy here. P90x is no joke.

  • Of course it takes dedication obviously you have it.

  • i dont beleive this

  • people help me, i have the p90x i want to do it but when i see the tv i become a couch potato GIVE ME TIPS!!!

  • @uribefame

top being a fat ass.. lmao jk.

im in the same boat as you.

  • @uribefame

top being a fat ass.. lmao jk.

im in the same boat as you.

  • Vince DelMonte's program is way better and more effective than this.

  • i bet theres some steroids involved here or at least some testerone injections

  • Get {p90x} for [FREE] at timetogetinshape(d0t)tk

  • his head looked pretty damn photoshopped

  • i think it would've been more fun w/ that body in college.

  • You guys should definitely try P90X Im a beachbody coach and its amazing.

If you want to try it just send me a message.

  • no ppl use NUMIA; look it up, is a natural supplement and u do not gain ur weight back. In 2 months i went from 210 lbs to 160 lbs, but i also did some excercising ofcourse. It has been 3 months since ive stopped using it but i do continue to work out; my abs are very noticeable. Try it i recommend it (;

  • yeah, i'm in my second round. I lost like 40lbs in the first round.

  • i dont wanna loose weight, i wanna gain it, wat about us skinny people, whos taking care of us, lol

  • JOHNNY INTENSE LIKE NOBODY'S BUSINESS!!!

  • the pictures are Photoshoped, there is no shadow on the wall even though his head is casting a shadow (in day 90 pic). I might be wrong :P

  • im 16 and wiegh 250 u guys think if i dieted and used p90x i could lose 100 lbs in 90 days kuzz all i see on here are chubby people with 30lbs overwieght not 100 like me

  • @blakasassin1 yes dude you should totally try p90x. I was 274 when I started and I am losing wieght and getting stronger every day.

  • @blakasassin1 your gonna have to do the program like 2-3 times if you wanna lose 100lbs :)

  • @ultfiend217 have u used it?

  • Carl DIKEler.

    Carl Dickler!

    lulz

  • look at 0:44 .... look at his 90 day results and look at his side right hip. its computerized

  • @TheNtg3399 it's the light and contrast

  • @TheNtg3399 You are absolutely correct. Above his right waistline they add in flesh (weak attempt) going upwards to try and diminish his natural love handle look. A couple of my buddies are talking about giving this a try but I smell fraud/fad and I'll stick to my homemade workouts.

  • @77bogart If you watch his side in video just before the pic is snapped you can tell it's just the lighting they are using, not photoshop, and he is obviously in great shape even if they did doctor one tiny spot on him, which they didn't

  • @smccl74 Ok maybe. I still disagree though. Photoshop-type editing can still be added to video in real time and I feel that's what was done here. Regardless, P90X will go the way of the pet rock. Passing trendy fad. Just wait.

  • @77bogart Ha

  • That's awesome!

I have to do more then 90 days because I was pretty fat, but hey I look normal now, so in another 90 days I will look way better :o)

  • CEO, Beachbody, Carl Daikeler uses P90X

  • im in high school and im having fun with my body... hahah P90X is the best

  • did he do high reps low weight, or low reps high weight?

  • Comment removed

  • im in high school :P....... p90x is da shttt =]

  • @pup101 Nice! go for it man, dont let up. It'll rock your world

  • @soulsurferjeweet it already is .... this is great :D...... too bad i dont have money for the nutritional plan and stuff...... i watch the videos on the internet

  • He's still a nerd

  • @StepIntoMe a nerd that will kick your ass?

  • @StepIntoMe hahahah yeah he is

  • I've had the P90X DVDs for quite awhile now, and I'm still strugglin' with Plyometrics: It's literally kicking my ass!!! @ 39, I simply don't have the cardio stamina I once had in H.S. How often should I switch up my work-outs between discs?

  • Lol see i hav a few more months in highschool, i just gotta make it work lol

  • @fatsotomuscles I'm in the 12th grade right now and i started p90x in 10th grade. I could tell you right now that it is the shit. XD

  • Dude!!! it's great! is it really true?! I'm 15 and i've been doing this for like 1 month and so far i can now do 30 more push ups then i did before! but i can't see any size difference though.

  • @huok500 yes that's excellent keep it up! push ups are a condition and not a heavy weight excersize. ex: some guys can bench 200 and can only do 3 push ups. benching with weight will change your body mass but push ups are just toning really, which are really good to do.

  • so... is it going to keep my strength better or not if i can do mostly just push-ups? i can lift 200 pounds 2 or 3 times and 100 pounds like 10 times. that's good right? but i run out of strength quickly. in like less than 5 minutes of just fast running i'm like exhausted.

  • @huok500 def better and more strength, thats alright because ur cardio stamina is just not as high as you want it. its fine, just keep training, the more u do it, the easier it will be, even if u dont notice it right away. giv it a few weeks

  • alright thanks. i kinda figured it out, but i still wish to see some size too. but the strenght is what i'm after.

  • @rwk245 if someone can bench 200 and only do three pushups they must weigh 275lbs...i bench 335 and weigh 235 and can do 40 push ups btw this kid Huok500 is lying there is NO WAY he can lift 200lbs 3 times and only do 100 for 10

  • @huok500 i had the same problem, start lifting weight HEAVY where you fail at 6 reps

  • yeah. I can wait a while. I'll let you know in a month or so, that what has happened then.

  • Hey mate im 16 and i was goin to start the P90X program. but im a slim build. was you when you started.

  • when i started then i could do only like 12 push ups. but now just a couple of months later, my record now is 40! do like 10 or 20 push ups a day to improve your muscle in hands. that's what i did. need any help let me know.

  • Theres knowlege and tips on my channel, just search LIFECHANGINC

  • but does anyone know how to actually gain some muscle? i think its eating a lot of meat and protein and lifting on a basis.

  • @rwk245 Theres knowlege and tips on my channel, just search LIFECHANGINC

  • this dude is so full of himself its sick, I want to smack the shit out of him lol

  • @195Comet

People cannot maintain the workout program because they do not try. There is no secret pill or magical maneuvers that will instantly transform your body. It takes determination. I am currently doing P90X right now, and all you have to do it push "play" every day, eat heathily, and do your best. The program is a pain in the booty the first few weeks, but after time, you get better and better. The muscle confusion works because you don't get bored.

  • @TheDawsters

I was about to say the same thing. Anybody can do it so long as they try. That first day I did it I couldn't move, but I got through it.

Mind you, I did have to swap plyometrics for cardio X, and even Yoga for X stretch for the first little while, but now I can do it.

Now if only I ate better then I do now, I might be seeing slightly better results.

  • yeh, Im doing insanity and im on my first week of my 2nd month, i have gotten some results but i think they would be better if I ate better. It's difficult thugh i dont have much variety in my house.

  • at 0.28 seconds, where he touches his chin to both knuckles, what benefits does that workout have to the body?

  • abs

  • @lancer717 go try holding your chin above a bar and doing that

  • @lancer717

Those are called corn cob pullups. You pull yourself up, then go left to right to left, then let yourself down. Try a few, and I'm sure you'll notice the benefits immediately.

  • Yes it can. All any workout takes is commitment. Unfortunately, that is something many of us lack when it comes to physical health or health in general.

  • Can this program actually give you results like this dude got?

  • like he says, and its so true, you need to put the effort in and go by the program and do the work out. and not just "yeah ill do it, " then watch the video and do the work out here and there.

  • @DeadlyBananas Yes if you eat right and do as it say you can go do the gym train right get the same resultat but you got to stay sharpe

  • @DeadlyBananas Without a doubt.

  • @DeadlyBananas Yessssssssssss but you need the right diet its not just working out

  • @DeadlyBananas yeah but they really should emphasize the diet more in these videos because that is definitely MORE than half the battle

  • @DeadlyBananas Tried and true my friend this program works

  • @DeadlyBananas Yep, and there have been many more like him too. I am a P90X coach, and can help you get to where he is :).

  • @TheNewXtremeYou hmmm im on day 5 and i may need a coach soon maybe we could discuss that

  • people who rush their progress only usually get themselves hurt

  • I love Me

    Me is grand

    When I'm with Me

    I hold my hand

  • wat ch out for the pirates theyll be lookin for your sunkin chest

  • his right i am still high school and i dont have a body like that dam i gotta take this callenge i will look even better then him by summer 2010

  • maybe you should take the spelling challenge 1st

  • p90x rocks

  • ..months. His body fat had went up slightly. His bench press dropped a stunning 25 lbs. His numbers on the Schwinne Airdyne went down. Believe me...I know what P90X can do for you!

  • I am sorry your brother had the problems he did. I am sorry you are so angry. (BTW, a soccer coach is not an expert in soccer. A coach is not a trainer.) I see you will not understand, so I will no longer attempt to explain. I will suggest to you that you might want to learn to meditate so that you can feel happier. I wish you success in life!

  • oops regarding former statement - I meant a little league soccer coach is not an expert in soccer. Sorry to have to ammend. A coach is a support system.. A trainer gives advice/teaches. (In P90X it is Tony Horton) Have a great week! Stay positive!

  • You know very little about what a good training program is. Your understanding about fitness is very limited. If you did, you'd be able to develop your own training program. I NOW realize why people buy into Beachbody programs...they can't compile information in their heads and create their own program! Good luck doing P90X! It'll take you far..lol

  • My brother had "problems" because he switched from my effective workouts to the circus core exercises in P90X! The point is Americans need reliable information and these coaches care more about making more money!

  • I am also sorry if P90X has cut into your business's income. I do not wish to play into your attempt to insult me. Please check out Leo Buscaglia. Good luck!

  • I have NO business! It's funny because ;you're a Coach who is out there selling P90X! LOL I offer information and workouts to people for free! You are welcome to visit my website and I'd be glad to help you. No insulting going on here-just stating the facts.

  • Folks, if there were ever any reason NOT to drink the Beachbody Kool-Aid, it's the posts by meridian41. She is angry because I speak the truth. She is frustrated because I offer free workouts to people and they're flocking to me for advice!

  • Sorry if you think I sound angry. Just thought you didn't understand. I must have said something wrong. Poverty and injustice make me angry. Whether or not you like Beachbody won't hurt a child or kill a puppy, so I am not angry. Have a blessed day.

  • Another "Coach" Coni Constantine tried to criticize me. If you know her, tell her Steve Lewis from Waynesboro, VA said hi.

  • STOP! Your comments will now be marked as spam from now on! Please stop responding to my comments (which are truthful, based on science) and I'll stop responding to yours (lies Beachbody has fed you)

  • what so called lies has beachbody fed "us"?

  • The idea that 16 mins of abdominal exercises are needed to get a six pack. The idea that push ups will cause hypertrophy. The idea that kenpo is effective cardio. The idea that 2 days of stretching a week is necessary. The idea that Recovery weeks are needed once a month. The idea that coaches know what they're talking about. Should I go on?

  • @keyscoob,

You can easily find dozens of before/after videos of P90X on youtube where people are looking really great. I agree that you can probably get stronger with a strength training program in the gym with either a physical trainer or a lot of know-how, but that doesn't mean that this program is bad for what it offers.

  • Comment removed

  • wow he must didnt follow the program the way it was supose to be done because all of my maxes went up significantly and his bodyfat going up is bull he probaly didnt eat rite or push his self through the workouts

  • You ask if I've ever done P90X...I've watched the videos and I've seen the results from firsthand experience, believe me. My brother completed 2 rounds of P90X (180 days). Prior to doing P90X, I had him on one of my programs. He was doing HIIT cardio and a solid strength training program. WIthout telling me, He ordered P90X. I saw him last on Mother's Day. I noticed he had lost a lot of muscle since I had last seen him, especially in his chest. He told me he had been doing P90X for the past 6.

  • Beachbody should be sued for giving out the name "Coach" to these people! There is no prerequisite for being a coach. No entry exam. Nothing. You dont even have to had complete one of their programs. A 300 lb obese woman could sign up right now and give out advice to people! People really will buy or believe anything.

About David Akers...You seriously believe that? If he DID use P90X, he supplemented real workouts in as well. Beachbody offered him a huge endorsement to say he used P90X.

  • ..dont need as much protein as you think...but why? Which exercise are most effective...but WHY??? THAT is what is needed to become a complete athlete. P90X does not provide that, sorry.

A Beachbody coach is a gimmick, for sure. These people are NOT coaches and have no experience with coaching or training. Beachbody hires them to sell P90X and their shakes...THAT is most certainly a gimmick!

  • Hon, I have met Carl. He is not a big man, but I can tell you, he trains like the big men do. Find out all the facts before you post.

  • The "facts" are P90X is not a program for "Big Men." P90X is a home exercise program that will provide results for beginners. This video claims P90X made him look like this. There is some false-marketing going on here. Anyone who claiming P90X will make you big is incorrect. This is where Carl Daikeler is severely lacking in Biochemistry...and so is anyone who starts exercising and considers themselves a weight loss coach!

You've got to understand WHY Hyperthrophy occurs, what HIIT is, why you

  • You still don't seem to understand. They are stating that P90X made them ripped. The weights you use are your own. You up them to whatever level still challenges you. Have you done P90X? It was not created to make guys huge and muscle bound. It was created to get them in shape. Carl obviously lost fat and gained muscle mass, using the same principles as in days past. Push ups, pull ups and weight training are used in P90X, just like at Cross-fit or any major gym. No machines are used or needed.

  • Your argument is always that P90X will not make you big. That is not the goal for most people. However, pros do use it too - NFL kicker David Akers uses P90X and so do many athletes.

  • Also, the coaches for Beachbody are not what you think they are. They are more like "cheerleaders", real people helping other real people. BB does not hire them. Some of them are in nutrition /personal train/medical prof. but most of them are just customers who love the product & want to help others. I've been helped a great deal by BB, and there are a lot of people out there who's lives are changed because of these programs. Not everyone can afford a personal trainer or a gym.

  • Help people. That is what BB is trying to do. Of course they want to sell their products and make money, but so does McDonalds. Which one of these companies is actually hurting the public?

  • IF P90X were THAT good, you wouldn't feel the need to come on the internet to support it! There are many flaws to the program, including the Kenpo Karate, (which is an ineffective cardio workout-running, airdyne, etc. would be MUCH better b/c they utilize the legs), the low-carb month 1 diet, the incorrect principles of Muscle Confusion, Ab Ripper X, and bodyweight exercises. I can write a book about it! Where should I start?

  • I encourage you to check out Steve Turano's P90X-Watch to the End Video on Body Performance TV's. He gave a VERY accurate critique of your program. He told your program for what it is!

  • u wanna be a real man and get strong as all hell u do marine corps. grunt training for 12 weeks and you will be amazed at how strong you are i know by experience this is true i went back in highschool only being able to bench 80 pounds 10 reps and benching 100 pounds once to benching 250 pounds once and a doing 225 pounds 10 reps and know im not saying go out and join the marines unless u want to be the marines have insanely intense workouts

  • Wow. I see a lot of jealous people on here. I can tell you, from experience, that if you do the program the way you are supposed to, you get those results.

  • Not jealous. Just being realistic. You will NOT look like that unless you train with heavy iron

  • Wow...talk about false advertisement. I am willing to bet alot of money that dude did not develop a chest that big by doing P90X. Devoping a chest like that requires some heavier resistance and plyometric pushups and normal pushups are not enough. Although I think P90X is great in that it helped alot of people getting fit...I gurantee you this part of it is pure bullshit. You cant get big with this program.

  • Nice vid

  • Fuck that I'ma eat! I'm fat and I will die fat. I will have a short life though! *tear*

  • got my p90x for free today, might as well give it a shot not sure if ill get THOSE results he seemed like he did more then p90x

  • Hes the CEO of the company. he did more than p90x, believe me. no one who did p90x looks like that

  • Your right dxvanedf2. P90X is good for losing weight and cutting up if your an average Joe but you will never be more then a skinny twig using it. And anyone who is a true weight lifter knows exactly what I am talking about.

  • Comment removed

  • P90X is awesome, stop hating and try it.

  • anyone know how to find the workout without paying??

  • Also during this program, he has lost some hair too! look at those comparison pictures, in day 1 and the day 90!

  • the only thing that will be getting ripped quick will be your wallet!

  • how do you get the vein i been working out for 2 years no vein i can see some times like little blue line thats it??? can you giv advice???

  • Yeh you have to much body fat. Run more

  • He said that he wasn't in that bad of shape. He got in shape with the first workout plan that came out which was Power 90. So yeah he was already in shape from doing the first one that came out.

  • i think everything works if you follow the program

  • lol, he said he was in bad shape but he already had a six-pack. anyone can get into shape when they are already in shape.

  • He says it fast, but he actually says "I wasn't in bad shape before I started P90X"

  • yah I think your right, sounds like he says he "was" in bad shape but I listened to it again :)

  • I hate you Mr. Spam.

  • is p90x only for losing weight? it doesn't seem to be useful for gaining muscle

  • actually....it makes everyone gain lots of muscle.

There are 3 different programs to suit what is best for you.

  • high school is in the past my CEO friend. Now is the fun time!

  • i wished P90x could feature me. i had a greatest shape ever that make heads turn and got suprised from my friends.

i am doing p90x excercise once a week, and do lots of swiming and tennis. my size 33 to 29 now.

p90x is a breeze for me, even the first day, i am doing twice the reps in the video

  • Anybody whos lean or skinny for that matter can get ripped in 90 days but i bet if you take somebody whos overweight it'll take them waaayyy more time. Notice everybody they pick at the beggining is lean not fat.

  • No, it's working wonders for me, what I did was lose weight until I was pretty thin, then did p90x to build some muscle.

  • p90x is for people who wanna get ripped and define. But it also helps to gain/loose weight in the process.

p90x is not for fatass folks who need to lose weight.

  • it for advanced users only,ONLY, if you are way over weight and out of shape youll still get results but not you six pack in 90days.

  • I sure didn't have a six pack when I started. I'm getting there, though. And 90 days isn't here yet :} You just gotta push hard on each day. Plus eating smart.

  • my body looks like how carl was at day 1.

    IM SO EXCITED! haha

  • this does work, just check my body out, i didnt do this tho!

  • 0:32 they're right when they say don't throw them. i broke one of my dumbells doing that.

  • Day 1 was rough enough.

    hopefully this gets easier.

  • im almost half way through, and seeing some pretty impressive results, can already see my six pack comming in and my chin-up number went from 8 to 17, and im not even fricken finished yet! P90X is a beautiful thing.

  • oh man he's right, high school could have been a blast, but then again i wouldn't have been first sting on the football team! lol

  • oh trust me, it is. i just started 5 days ago, by day 3 i could barely even move a muscle haha i had to take warm baths cause i was sore as hell

    this program is insane haha

  • wait until insanity comes out :) im round 2 of P90X right now

  • Next week I start this program. I can do pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, curls, bench presses, and even chair dips.... but after previewing the DVDs, I can already tell this is not one of those everyday pussy infomercial LOSE WEIGHT QUICK workout serious. This is for the serious home gym athlete.

  • Wow...congratulations :) P90X is great.

  • damn, i need to look like you, i just started posting my power90 video results on youtube and hopefully will start p90x at the end. I have it in the corner of my room waiting for me to begin it.

  • P90X..Best underrated fitness video/program..TURBO JAM..most overhyped fitness video...its terrible! An instructor subbed my class doing that Turbo jam and half the class walked out..It's nothing but dancers thinking they can teach cardio kick and their forms are sooooo bad. now P90X..Its the way I train and train clients..hard work, non-stop, push and pull etc..THE BEST!! I should see more of its creator instead of skinny dancing chicks.

  • My inspiration. . .+Tony =]

  • good job

  • We have seen this before.
