There must have been a crosswind so if you notice the plane lands on the left main landing gear, then, the Spoilers are activated due to the weight of the aircraft resting on the landing gear. The aircraft has ''landed'', except the right side is still a few inches away from land. So it does look like the plane is airborne, but in reality it isnt!
