major props on the minor details such as Big Boss dumping the mag, then ejecting the round from the chamber in that order. It's small details like that that make the MGS series a masterpiece.

Solidus, Solid and Liquid are all clones of Big Boss.

Big Mama didn't 'reproduce' WITH Solidus. In fact, she barely had anything to do with him. She states in MGS4 that she gave birth to TWO healthy baby boys (Liquid and Solid).

Solidus was created at a later stage by that Patriots, when they needed a president with the image of Big Boss. Hence he was created to be identical to Big Boss in every way. It is never stated who his 'mother' was, although it is irrelevant to the plot.

To me, the thing they really need to clarify Liquid's arm possessing Ocelot. I know the vid says that Ocelot transplanted Liquid's personality onto his own. But I heard that the MGS4 Database says that Ocelot removed Liquids right arm to balance his psyche or something like that. If that's the case, then that means it never explains how Liquid's arm possessed Ocelot in MGS2. They need to clarify this.

@Sup750 Ocelot used hypnosis and psychotherapy on himself and that's what made him think he was/want to be Liquid. He did all of that to fool the Patriots so as they wouldn't discover Ocelot was working against them (Ocelot worked for the Patriots as a spy for a long time)

Snake is actually wielding the Springfield OPERATOR. In comparison to the m1911 custom it would be on par. Springfield took their time and research into putting where all the parts count. In the end developing a very accurate and consistent 1911. A lot of owners and people who have shot the operator all praise its above and beyond quality. It is just unfortunate that it costs 1200 - 1500. But it would be a damn fine gun to keep at home for security or play at the range.

@tupacleo88 No, Big Boss didn't. EVA explicitly said that they had BOTH misinterpreted her will. In fact, this scene is all about Big Boss finally realizing what the Boss' true will was. And PW explains how BB misunderstood her will (he saw her sacrifice as a betrayal, not only to her ideals, but to Big Boss himself.) He now realizes that that simply wasn't true.

In the end... Solid Snake is the true successor to the Boss' will.

@Plumppoo They're exact clones. And Solidus' uprising was similar to that of Big Boss' uprising in Outer Heaven and Zanzibar Land. It's more of a metaphor for how they reacted to it, rather than him saying that the Patriots actually thought that Solidus was Big Boss.
