The Amish the Catholics and the Rastas haven't institutionalized racism and statatory rape. I believe that no kid should be raised in a community that doesn't practice, in your words, "our modern and liberal way of life" of legality and acceptance. But if you think "our modern and liberal way of life" is intruding on their way of life - teaching kids to hate blacks before molesting them - you can rally support for them by contacting your local chapters of the KKK and NAMBLA.
