When it comes to evolution and the creation of the universe I believe the "Big Bang" could have happened as a device of the Lord, but it may not have either. Well, it clearly states how the earth was created in a sense. What is a day to God, and in so forth, what is 7 days to the Lord? I believe that our interpretation of the Bible and that of those that wrote the Bible is too feeble to say that it is a day that we understand as our day. To answer your question, yes, I do believe that the "Big Bang" could have happened. But, I'm not prideful enough to exclusively rely on that. Who's to say it didn't happen the way it says in the Bible exactly?
