You should really study the Constitution. For some, it probably wasn't flawed. While for others that weren't allowed to vote or those considered three fifths of a man; they might see some flaws to the original document. It's Washington taking money from that pot to fund defense, and other shortfalls that get paid for through the supplemental budgets. To some degree that's how earmarks are funded. Bullshit. Post your source. WellPoint posted 2.7 BILLION in profits in the last quarter (that's three months) of 2009 alone. They're upping their premiums by 39-70%, ten times the rate of inflation.

Bullshit. Post your source. WellPoint posted 2.7 BILLION in profits in the last quarter (that's three months) of 2009 alone. They're upping their premiums by 39-70%, ten times the rate of inflation.

all im saying is we all pay our own weight. and after working for an insurance company for 5 years I began to realize they are making things more difficult
if I want a tv i will pay for it... But when people go to the hospital for a heart attack WITHOUT insurance, I DO NOT want to pay for them... who do u think pays for an emergency room?

The IRS will make sure you pay. That's a better racket than the Mafia! Where in the constitution is this written? I know you libs think the constition should change to whatever you want it to say. going to a hospital is a choice - so do you want to tell people without insurance to not go to them? or should we tell hospitals not to treat them? promise me that if you have a heart attack and loose your COBRA after loosing your job you wont go

No, but power hungry types need to feel important and grad more and more of things a govt has no business being involved in. Everyday your govt meets you lose more freedoms. I am just smart enough to pint this fact out. While you gladly give yours up, I take offence to it. I can direct my own life. Maybe you can't and need the govt to run it for you.

Do you even know what is in it? The White house outlines its own bill? Excuse me but Obama doesn't make the laws, congress does and the bills passed by them and the senate bill we have read and 57% of the people don't want it 36% do. They are not listening to the people. We can not afford it and it will raise premiums and cost not cut them. These are huge spending bills with pork and special favors to people. They are wrong and do not reform healthcare just expand a failed system.

Obama blocked the republicans health care reform. He was an obstructionist when he senator for a couple years(when he wasn't campaigning or voting present). This was a show summit, that's it. Obama spent more time yapping than all the republicans combined.
Congress aren't willing to give up their Cadillac plans for the coverage they believe the peasants should have. They also think the unions are above the common man, because they are loyal astroturf for the dems. Congress funds all war, BTW.

Obama didn't obstruct anything. The Republicans had a majority vote for 6 years, and still had to use reconciliation 4 times, along with their fair share of arm-twisting to pass the massive pharmaceutical bill
