the flicks are "ok" considering his technique is way off. and i know there are a million and one ways to drag flick, but he is simply lacking in the fundamentals such as, he gets nowhere near low enough, and he doesn't even use the shaft of his stack to generate power.

the only reason he gets power is because oh his crazy huge bow, which is illegal.

the malik sohail bow is not compliant with the current FIH 25 mm regulations, so jclee was right qqill

the flicks are actually quite powerful. you are wrong to say the flicks are due to the bow, like you said, he doesnt let the ball roll up or down the shaft, so the bow has sweet f all to do with the power of his flick.

it is also impossible to say his technique is way off when he is doing exactly what a drag flick is, that is, flicking the ball from a forward drag.

sure he could improve, but he is doin pretty good in the vid.
