@byford1978 actually, the majority of runway and editorial models are really not considered "pretty" or "beautiful" in the modeling industry because in editorial and runway its about the clothes, the posture (angels, etc..) the "art" of fashion and not so much the "beauty" or glamor" side of it all.. They actually prefer girls who are not considered "drop dead gorgeous" .. runway & editorial models even know this.. its just about having "that look" whatever it may be at that time..
