  • @LuxuriousLuxembourg No, fat covers muscle up. You can have a flawless 6 pack but if it is covered in a layer of fat you will never see it. Basically neither ab exercises nor cardio exercises are enough by themselves...They must be done in conjunction.

  • your not doing it wrong if your back hurts. you probably have a really curved back or really big booty.. like me, putting a wrapped towel or something underneath your back that should help you.. if that doesnt help, well u might be doing it wrong... or if your doing it on a hard surface like a gym or hardwoon, try doing this on carpet that might help a little too.

  • i think this workout was suppose to work the outside of your abs or around it so it can show clearer when you do sit ups it work the inside but you want to work the perimeter of your abs too so it can show better and try using a mat or something so your back wont hurt

  • @bostonred915 don't do the same work out all the time because your body will not have gained as much muscle as it could because your body gradually gets used to it and does not give noticeable affects. So switch up your workout each week.

  • @0yewbow0  try to do planks, highly recomended and if you want to know why just google it... for your back I'd do some bird dogs and some supermans along with the planks. You'll feel great in no time :)

  • @0yewbow0 i had that problem ages ago this is what i did. Get Dumbells, ones that u can lift up to do all exercises. Practise This Exercise. Preferably every day for easy development. "ALWAYS WARM UP BEFORE!"

    If ur too lazy to do this, then just learn how to do the kip up, it really works your back. the problem uv got is that either u havent warmed up or your back or it isnt strong enough for too many of these yet. i had the same problem. good luck!

  • @0yewbow0 make sure you are NOT using your neck. Imagine there is a tennis ball under your chin keeping you from moving it toward your body. Try to focus on a spot on the ceiling so as not to strain your neck. Also, you may need to do back exercises. A strong back is a key essential to strong abs. Look lower back exercises. that should help! Good luck!

  • @0yewbow0 that's because you're not using your ab muscles. The whole point is to work your abs, not to do the motion. Your back hurts because you were either using your back muscles to help you, or you just positioned yourself in an uncomfortable way that strained your back.

  • @0yewbow0 - I do not now how long you have been working out regularly but If your back is hurting then I suggest doing 'Planks'. It strengthens the Core muscles for the abs as well as the lower back. You can start doing the plank on a mat at first and later migrate to doing it on a Swiss ball. Hope this helps!!

  • You can also do this standing, with a dumbell in your hands. That way is very effective as well. Bruce Lee used to do it that way, watch my Sixpack like Bruce Lee video to see what I mean.

Tranversus Abdominis is the Most Important Muscule Group. I Recommend Training it with Personal Experience, I have had Constant Lower Back Pain from Weightlifting for many years, And this Muscule Group was the only Cure I found for it. + The MusculeGroup takes your Gut In and Makes your abs look Much More Lean and Better.

  • @xtragel I see, I think that u have been in Same Club in the Pain Divison as i have =). If u have anything Serious in your vertabaes, ofc with common Sense, Ask the Doctor, Right mate ?? Theres 3 ways to do them if are ok to try them. Theres a pilates moves, Which may Sound Stupid, but they work. Theres Advanced moves also, Which Target the Tva Area Quite Nice.

    The2nd Moves are Core Excercices like Plank,Side Plank...pelvic Floor Musculature.

    3rd =really Slow Motion Heavy Duty Deadlift.

They are the Most Effective, but the Way I Do them, Only Really Small Amount People Know. Theres Video Of Mike Mentzer Ex-Bodybuilder Who Shows the Slow Motion heavy Duty method on Markus Reinhart. If u can strenghten your Lower Back doing Pilates Variations + Planks, U are on the right Track. Of Course, every1 one has Different body and Problem.Try Which Works For u.

  • your muscles need rest. doing abs everyday will fatigue them, and they wont heal properly. Give them at least a days rest before putting them through another workout. (I am not a professional, just a lot of experience with them, so do what you want. Just thought I would let you know)

The Rectus Abdominis ( 6-Pack name ) Gets Contracted in almost every Sport or When u train in the Gym, This Move such as almost every move Where u Lift the Neck up is unneccessary + U dont need that Strong Abdominis region, the Core Muscules are much More Important

  • @Alucardatr nope. a six pack is muscle. you must gain muscle, but what you are doing is loosing fat. the lose in fat does not help in making muscles since muscles are made BY fat. fat turns into muscles. so my advbice would be to discontinue your fasting, especially if you are already slim. instead, do vigorous activites and stuff like this
