@JulianEats You did that with FCP? Wow, I use Adobe Premiere CS5.5, After Effects CS5.5, and anything else in the Master Collection for CS5.5, and my camera is the Canon 7D with a bunch of nice f/1.8-2.8 lenses.
@juliansmithspoofs That's awesome, I love the adobe sweet but never needed the power of after effects, although premiere CS5 is very tempting now. I use a T2i with the kit lens and a 50mm. Your stuff has beautiful clarity and color, very jealous of the "julian smith look" you have. Lenses are way too expensive haha.
@JulianEats Haha yeah, I have the Tokina 11-16mm f/2.8 (AMAZING sharp lens, considered the sharpest lens for Canon) the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 (pretty much exactly the same as the 24-70 L lens, but half the price and just as sharp) the Canon 70-300mm USM IS, and a 50mm f/1.8 prime. I also have the 580 EX II Flash, a battery grip for my camera, and the LowePro Slingshot 300AW bag :D
@juliansmithspoofs I'm drooling dude, and the Tamron 28-75mm f/2.8 is literally the next lens I'm getting, I'm glad to here you recommend it. I shot my first rela short film this summer and learned so much about filmmaking (you can see the trailer on my channel or on my website) and I'm starting a series about mental disorders (pyromania is being made right now) Its hard to find time in between school to work and edit though. I'm a senior in high school, you?

I wish it had IS though, for video...you should check out the Canon 17-55 f/2.8 IS lens, that might be better for video, I just do a lot of photography as well. That lens is a little expensive though. I see you already have the best $100 bucks you'll ever spend...(the 50 1.8 haha) But yeah, my next two lenses are the 85mm f/1.8 prime and the 70-200mm f/2.8L IS II, the 70-200's like $2,400 but I've used it a ton
