Some people can't lose weight easily, even with working out and eating right. You cannot control your genetics. Maybe she was working out, but the weight wasn't coming off. Janice kept pushing, and she had to starve herself to get results. I understand how she feels. I am the complete opposite. I can eat a whole box of pizza and not gain a pound. You can't control metabolism.
