Ask Meg herself and you get the real answer. In political ads, you can be completely mislead by what is said. Did Meg Whitman "not vote" over those 28 years? Yes, it's true that in the beginning, she didn't vote because she was more involved in her family and her business. But when she realized how much government actually affected business while she was running EBay, she "repented" of her ways and became a voter. This ad is misleading and completely untrue. She did vote.
