Analyzing the remix there are some major mistakes in the edit cut:

at 02:32 is missing a half bar, the main rhythm is now inversed !

at 05:12 is a bad cut.

The time signature in disco music is usally 4/4 & 3/4 so if you do an edit, count the measures while cutting & glueing the parts together !
